Very helpful and understanding..these guy will do whatever they can do to help.. Sometimes will deliver the same day to surprise a loveed one. If they can. Was able to get my wife a new stove before she got home. Thank yall so much.

The staff were super nice and helpful. They made everyone feel like family the minute you walk in the door. The team works hard to ensure everyone leaves with a smile, even if you dont by from them. I dont give many positive reviews but I was extremely happy with the customer experience.

Got a TV from here it broke the day after and they tried to keep my money I should have known better but I went back to give them another chance got a Nintendo switch and the joy-con and system was beat up after they told me it was like new. They took it and then gave me the same system back I returned the system and did not get a refund. They also put a $980 credit request in on my transunion hurting my score -40 points. They now say because of my history they can only do cash sales. Don’t go to this place try Buddy’s they are way more helpful!

I’m gonna have to say that I have been a customer off an on for many years and never really had a problem with the workers and the store on Fair Avenue. If I had a problem they helped me out and solved the issue. I am referring you all as customers
