Sold me a washer and dryer that they said were brand new. They started having problems right away and my husbands father whose a plumber took a look at them and told us these were extremely used. Just save your money and go to a place with better warranty and actual new items that you don’t have to worry about as soon as you install.

Nice service but not what I was looking for, no new appliances.

Driver called me to tell me he was almost to my house. The agreed price was $80 to buy my used fridge worth $1500 new. They tried to change the price to $50 and wouldnt honor the deal. The owner called me and told me they dont pick up appliances. I asked her why her deliver driver called me and told me he was on the way? I scheduled this and have numerous text messages detailing this. Dishonest representation. Bait and switch tactics,Please boycott this place.

Walked in, Randy greeted me as soon as he finished with another customer, I told him what I needed and my budget, he showed a few models, asked if I needed an agitator...just told if it cleans my clothes I dont care if it spins backwards. Sold me a pair for under 500, told me his delivery guy serviced all three stores and that he would be at my place as soon as he could. After I arrived back at my place, recieved a call from the deliver guy he was on his way, he gently installed each unit and made sure they went through the paces before he left. Excellent service. I would recommend to any military as they do give a discount.

Yesterday I have this store a 5 star. But I am ready to take it back. I had a delivery time for 5-6 why I called at 6:45 because they were not here. I was told that they were running behind but would be here. But it is 9:55 and they pulled a no call no show. Im really angry, I had things to do. Not sit here for nothing!! I feel like cancelling my order and stopping payment on my debit card. A very angry first time customer. 😠😠😠😠😠

Staff was very helpful delivery will be on this coming Monday before Halloween. And I got a great deal on the refrigerator. Definitely a place to check out.

I ordered a washer and dryer I found on FB Market had it delivered and installed. Randy was very friendly and gave us a fair price. He did not make me come into the store and allowed me to handle everything remotely, which made it extremely easy. I was not there when it was installed. My wife said when Ralph delivered it, he set up everything and then took the time to explain and make sure we knew how to use it. Not to mention, $55 delivery fee that included setup and removal of old washer and dryer. All around, great customer service. Highly recommended!

Found A&S appliances on offer up and the got good deals. Just got me a good Maytag glass top washer for 1/2 the price of a brand you on. I recommend this place and washer comes with warranty.

I’ve purchased a washer and dryer from Amanda on Blanco street the suck on repair service I’m still waiting on dryer to be replaced waiting for 10 days still no repair !$ I guess customers service is secondary to them my next step is better business bureau.then sue a&s Appliance’s for damagevand failure to respond for service repair!! Purchased a refrigerator for a friend. The sales clerk was very friendly. He didnt have one on the floor but he did have one at another location he had a picture of it downloaded to his phone so I could see it . so I purchase it, he had it delivered the next day and its been running ever since

Ridiculous. I bought a washer and dryer. Dryer takes forever to dry basically is junk but Ill stick it out and pay that consequence when I get my electric bill, rather than dealing with this business!! Washer broke 2 xs both on a Friday was stuck waiting till Monday. The guy never came on time doesnt call to tell you. Broke again for the 3rd time on a Friday (due to this is when I do my laundry!) They sent me a replacement washer that monday & never showed up!! After calling multiple times because they dont call you. We fnally got it on Tuesday. It broke a week later flodded my apartment and Im told again to deal with it till Monday!!!! Never again. And No I would not reccomend this business. Rude and unprofessional!

This place ripped me off for a refrigerator that broke within the first few months. Despite the warranty the salesperson promised me the repairman refused to fix it and was even rude about it. Even after I spoke with the owners they were rude and told me that they were not going to do anything for me. Will never deal with this place again. Stay away.

Bought a refrigerator in May 2016, compressor went out in Jan 2015. Warranty only covers labor, and the compressor costs as much as a new fridge. A cautionary tale for buying used appliances.
