Very cool antique mall. Every time I travel, I have made it a tradition to go to an antique mall. This one did not disappoint. 3 levels of interesting offerings. There is also a MASSIVE record shop on the 3rd floor.100% recommended to check out when you are in town.

Very good antiques three floors.

Drove from Abilene down here to check out some military memorabilia. Immediately upon walking in recieved 2 rude comments toward me and my wife, and had no desire to stick around spend my money there. The older ladies were extremely rude and snotty, and wouldnt recommend this place as family friendly or nice. If you want to get harassed for no reason as soon as you walk in the door, this is your place!

Pretty good finds here. I used to buy records from the gentleman on the third floor. Spent a lot of money buying vinyl, but his area is overcrowded and so its difficult to move around when others are there. I tried to accommodate another patron there by moving out of the way so she could get to the gentleman to check prices on some albums she wad interested in. Apparently, I wasnt moving fast enough and despite already having 4 (overpriced) albums I was still willing to buy; he got annoyed that I wasnt moving out of her way fast enough. I wont buy from him again. Hes rude.

A truly amazing experience! Three floors of beautiful items ranging in Zippos, Clothes, Pins, Music, and even Books and posters! Lady working up front cut me an amazing deal without even asking. Will definitely go again! 5 stars!

I found the best coat here for 68 buck (retail price for a similar coat was 200+) it is pretty pricey overall but for some of the pieces youll find the price is fair

My own fault for not checking before I purchased this for $80!!!

We found several items to buy but they didn’t have prices. We took them up to the register and told them where we found them and if they could call the vendors to find out prices… let’s just say we left with nothing because they didn’t want to call the vendors.. I feel so bad for the vendors who lost money today because of lazy, rude staff.

If this place wasnt an antique store, youd think it is a museum. Linda has some of the Best Finds in all of San Antonio. Dont let the prices fool you. If you know what your looking for, or just an impulse item. Ms Linda is cheap. Very Very affordable. Its not a thrift store its a Antique Store. There are many many treasures in this Wonderful place. Just set a little time aside when you visit. Explore. Many items from many periods.

Tons of great stuff to look at. Saw some things from my childhood that I had forgotten about. Helpful staff as well. We enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful treasures in the Mall.

Very large antique mall in San antonio. An assortment of Beautiful things being sold by a knowledgeable owner. If you are looking for a particular item you would probably find it there. The place is very large and a mix of different eras, centuries and fads.Collectibles are amazing by what I saw.

Some pretty things, that l saw three years ago in the same places. Rather expensive and extremely hard to find a parking space without paying $10 in a lot. Finally got lucky after the fifth pass around the block for a metered parking area. The city is really nice and very clean, but l think this place is off my list. Much to frustrating to get into to end up buying nothing, which isnt the norm for me at all. Sorry guys, it is not like me to post a not so glamorous post about any antique store, but just too many strikes.

The only thing that is kinda bad about this place... parking lot cost 8$ for 2 hours and then no elevators in the store to get to the 3rd floor... other than that its a fantastic place to stay for several hours shopping

This is a really cool antique market to get lost in. It consists of individual dealers booths, which is the standard, and each floor is well lit. I found the staff to be laidback and friendly enough. The variety is good, and I saw very little in the way of junk stands, so there is a standard that is maintained. Lots of western themed items ( duh, its Texas) and also great stuff from the mid century modern era. Overall, I had a great time exploring. Thanks.

Nice place to look for random things, its pretty popular so you will never have that rare once in a lifetime find, but it has a good amount of other stuff.

Love this place, I like to come here and go back in time! Its relaxing! Pleasant music! They have some really cool stuff! Ive purchased from here before, its not too bad! If you really like something, why not pay the price? You may not find it anywhere else! Rare items!

The people who work there are very nice. I found and bought a white translucent glass ceiling shade from around the 1920s. Hope it goes with the farmhouse decor and I can find a way to modify it (fixture issue).

Its great. Good place to go and just see old antiques. A little pricey but nice.

Steer away from the vinyl shop on the 3rd floor. Although there are literally 100,000 LP’s of inventory including rare and hard to find titles, they are extremely overpriced and you will never get a deal! Most of the records are not alphabetically sorted so you really have to dig and flip through rows and rows of vinyl in very cramped spaces. Typically you’d expect prices to be fair or low when you have to expend that much energy looking for a title. The owner does not give deals and in fact his prices are 20-40% above what you could get the same LP in better condition on eBay or reputable vinyl shops. He told me his prices are high as it’s a high rent building and his overhead is high. I can only think this is a hobby for him as I can’t imagine he gets much business from experienced record buyers!!The owner is a bit on the cantankerous and unfriendly side which doesn’t help!

Great place to shop around. Just takes a long time to walk all 3 floors and explore. Especially the vinyl selection. I think the owner said around 90,000 records but he said hes not going to count them.

Lots to look at on all 3 floors that get way hotter temperature wise as you go up them but some cool pieces are to be found and looked at but not bought because prices are outrageous but location probably dictates that since its in such a touristy spot. Great museum to walk around but no deals to be found.

Good selection of antiques to fit most Interests. You can easily spend an hour walking around browsing. Some of it is overpriced.

Very nice rustic place with 3 differnt levels each level is a different era in time ...memorabilia clothing furniture toys ..you name it this place has it.

I think that this place is one of the nicest establishments Ive ever been inside of. Very clea. All the vendor booths are organized very well. I see negative comments about prices here but I failed to notice any way over the top pricing. Something for everyones taste and budget. Had a long chat with the proprietor. A very nice and knowledgeable lady. Being from Michigan I got the opportunity to see some definitely Texan collectibles.

Ive been to a s*** ton of antique shops not just in San Antonio but everywhere in Texas. This beats all of the antique shops out of the water. You always hear amazing oldies playing and see some very unique finds here. Its not everyday that you get to go inside a three-story antique shop. It doesnt smell like mothballs or really old stuff LOL. The scent is not bad. Specifically its a great place to find nice kitchenware and dishware. The Vintage clothes is amazing however not much options for size on the dresses.

My wife was standing in line to purchase $50 worth of stuff. She was next in line when the lady at the register asked who was next my wife said she was. They said ok whos next and helped two other people who were behind her. My wife left the stuff she was going to buy and tried to explain to the lady at the register that she had passed her over. The lady said oh its ok......what?

HORRIBLE! EXPERIENCE customer service or the lack of everything is over priced!! The man over the record store is so very rude and tried to take advantage of our (16) year old son on his birthday. We made a complaint to one of the owners and her response was simply he rents that space from us and I cant control his bad attitude.!! We went there to buy! !! I am very disappointed we were unable to buy the items we picked out but unfortunately our son had his own!$ to spend as parents we raise our children with strong values and respect for his elders unfortunately we didnt explain the monsters of the world &one of them happens to sell records at the Alamo antique mall

Lots and lots of overpriced junk

Have been going to this place for over 6 years easily and have spent hundreds of dollars if not more on some of the most beautiful and lovely things from vintage memorabilia to beautiful clothing and while the staff have been everything from the brightest and most beautiful stars to bitter and uneasy, one of my most recent visits really changed my opinion of this place.Simply going through for a quick visit and quick buy me and a partner, as we always do, and one of the clerks consistently harassing us over our usual practically weekly visits; as we were simply inspecting prices and condition of small cards the clerk would not leave us alone and told us to stop looking through the things as if we were violently handling them when we were truly being careful as we always have been. Id never been so condescended and treated so rudely here and it was entirely unprecedented before.Besides the awkward and somewhat blatantly rude staff, the store has so much to offer with prices varying from good to overpriced. The record store on the top is cramped but we have bought so much from the lovely man who runs the shop who seems to have a story every time were there; Good finds and a fun adventure to plan ahead each time.Id recommend this place for leisure and good shopping if you have the money, try to avoid the unwanted and disheartening stares from the clerks that almost feel prejudice (though some of the women are angels!). Theres so much to find here and at alamo records you really have to fight through how bad and unwanted you feel by the staff much of the time.UPDATE from a year later: Came in for some records up top and spotted something that caught my eye and again met with a torrent of just attitude and a feeling of total condescension; its no wonder the overpriced items here are gonna keep gathering dust.Its a shame given the reputation of this place and that some of the staff are actually incredibly welcoming. Probably wont ever be returning for leisure or anything else besides Alamo records up top.

First time visiting and found a doll I was going to buy. One of the employees took it to the register for me but quickly came back and told me that the person at the register said it was priced wrong. The doll was in a locked glass case with tag hanging on its wrist. Obviously they regretted pricing it the amount they chose once they saw my interest in it. Very bad business!!... Found it cheaper on eBay. Keep your merchandise.

Pretty rad. They got a lot of neat stuff - including the records they have upstairs. My only problem is that it was flaming hot in there, and all their clothes are a small. Cmon, Mama Cass was a 60s icon, my neice wants to dress like her.

Had a terrible experience when I was there. Walked in at 4:30 and had 30 minutes to look around and so I did and five minutes till they closed they were like, we are closing and I was looking still around and they said again, we are closing I proceeded to say, I heard you the first time but I have five minutes and I guess they didnt hear me and one of the employees whispered to another, try speaking Spanish. The discrimination was really uncalled for and sad to say I will not be going back.

I loved this store at first. Ive found many little treasures and I can spend hours just walking around. However the staff is very rude and unwelcoming, they made me feel as though they thought I was going to steal something. Not a nice way to treat a returning customer.

Lots of antiques and unique items. Almost everything is at least twice the price due to being close to the tourist path.

Not only is this place way over priced but its also haunted and theres a lot of weird vibes going on there. Oh ya and the staff is rude and they stare at you when you walk in as if your gonna steal.

My interest is depression glass and vintage kitchen collectibles. Everything I saw was way over priced. While its common for prices to vary as you shop antique stores, this place truly was to an extreme on the high side. I cant imagine the sell much. A disappointment.

I went to this location on 03-01-2016 and I dont know why other people is giving them one star 🌟. This place is very nice, prices are somewhat high but thats everywhere. The two little old ladies that work there are extremely nice, they are so nice that one of them gave our kids two vintage toy cars and on check out they gave them three boxes of cookies (very nice of them) we will diffenly be back 😃

As far as sélection goes this place has everything! I found old VI Tage white leather shoes that Ive worn for a while Now. Roz, thé lady that helped me was Great. Suggested items to go with it. You could spend a whole day in hère!
