Great selection and friendly staff!! Always something new!

Lots of cute things, jewelry, and I saw some kpop photo cards being sold there too, as well well as some cheap albums.

This is such a lovely place to visit and shop!! I’ve only been here a couple times, however each time I found something new to bring home. There is a great selection of various collectibles, antiques, vintage items, and crafts! As a crafter myself I can really appreciate this store, not only for the unique selection, but also for the friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff! Would 100% recommend!!

Love this place! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My only gripe is you see some of the same things in 45 different booths. Wish there was some rules put in place that duplicates need to all be in one area but I realize the logistics of that would be a nightmare to manage. Other wise you can sometimes find a few cool vintage items.

A good place to find things, Walmart doesnt have for sale. Friendly, and very helpful ladies are always willing to help you,if you ask them.My daughter and son -in- law have also been shopping and agreed its a great place.

Great place many wonderful items. A sharp eye can find great deals! Employees very friendly. Store clean and orderly. My ONLY complaint is the music in the back room. Maybe play it a bit softer. Other than that very nice visit!

Dont let the exterior fool you, THIS PLACE IS HUGE. We ended up staying there for 2 hours but there are so many unique finds! There is somthing for everyone, definitely check it out!

Love this store and what they carry but I was immediately asked to leave my backpack purse at the front as soon as I walked in. Is this normal? Or is it because I look young and dressed casual? Other women had their purses with them. It gave me a weird vibe like I needed to be watched or something 😔 also did not appreciate that it was put on the floor. No other store does this.

A mixture of crafts and antiques. Something for everyone, went with my husband and son and we all enjoyed it bought a few items. Everyone were friendly planning on returning.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Terrible experience & rude, unprofessional service. I called ahead of time for a special tea for my granddaughter & it was horrible. You have to order your food at the counter.. no waiter/waitress. The menu said the kids bacon avocado sandwich came with bacon & the rude counter attendant said it doesnt..only the full size sandwich. False advertising. Ordered a cheese & fruit platter & had to ask for plates for this. The pictures on the website looks much better than the actual place. Im attaching the messenger reply they sent to me when I made the reservation.Of course you can! We have a private tea room set up with lace and we have fine china we would be happy to use. What time would you like to come in?

There was so much to see, enjoyed going down the aisles! Prices were reasonable.

This location is 1/2 the size of the NW Military location, but dont let that deter you from visiting. They seem to have more crafts and homemade items here than the other location. Easy parking, but located off a major road that is always backed up. Staff is friendly, good variety.

Craftiques Mall on Bandera Road is a wonderful and relaxed environment where customers can purchase specialty items such as Licensed Hello Kitty Merchandise, as well as high quality vintage, crafts and hard to find items. All of Sales Associates are very friendly and helpful. The store is well kept and clean. There is a large variety of vendors. Prices are Reasonable. Monthly Sales days are great.I have been a vendor at Craftiques Mall for 2 years now. I have never experienced any problems with my merchandise. I have had three booths during my time at Craftiques. And I recommend it HIGHLY! The Manager Cathy has been very helpful to me and other vendors. All the Vendors have welcome new vendors and share some of their experiences and tips. On my spare time, I shop at Craftiques Mall for great savings and High Quality Merchandise. Its a great place to shop and its great place to start your entrepreneurship . I just love it and I know you will love it too.

My son turned me on to this place when we visited San Antonio a couple years ago. We stopped in every time Im in the area. What a fun adventure it is to peruse all of the various interesting items at craftiques mall. You can always find something wonderful there.

Great store!

Had an unfortunate experience with a worker and the man dropping her off today. We have been loyal customers for years but sadly won’t be returning after this. To the employee: Parking in a handicap loading zone is very illegal. No matter how “fast” you think your going to be. (He was completely parked and was inside the building) Park in one of the wide open spaces so that handicapped people can get in and out of their vehicles and shop in the strip. Instead of apologizing the man with the employee proceeded to take pictures of my (legally parked) car? Very odd reaction and very odd customer service.

I didnt know what to expect, but OMG!!!! The place is amazing!!! There are all sorts of things you could only imagine to find!

The ladies at the front are nice and friendly. There are a lot of booths and the place is a lot larger than it looks. However, many of the items had price tags that read that the price was firm. As I have visited a lot of similar places in my lifetime, I thought of the items as being overpriced. But I have learned that people buy items if they really want them no matter the price.

Hi I am Judy and my husband Jack and I have been vendors for only 25 yrs. We have done flea markets and inside outside booths. WE have been at Craftiques Mall almost a year and can not say enough good things about it. The spaces are great. the people are sweet informative and HONEST. So you go Craftiques Mall. I wish I had done it sooner will be doing it as long as I can still drive.

My family and I have been patrons for ten years. We presently visit the N.W. Craftiques and had not gone by the Bandera road location. To our dismay it looks the same as it did ten or more years ago. We went by around noon, but the place was dark and gloomy. Where the register is at, it looks like a dark cave. We had to look twice when we were greeted as we entered store. The women behind the desk were cordial, but hidden in shadows, as they sat at those tables. I think they were tables. So dark. As you make your way thru aisles, it is depressing to see items there from years ago. The price tags still have the grandeous prices, but its been there so long...The ink on tags is faded. You have 75 percent crafts. To include quasi necklaces that have been strung together by busy seniors, pot holders, painted rocks, and aluminum tab purses. Concerning furniture, it is scattered here and there. 1970s kitch. Many empty stalls. The area towards the back seems to be stuck in time, as well. Our guess, is that the area is used by its dealers for pot luck gatherings. It is all shuttered by wooden bifold doors. Again. Dark. Dreary. Depressing. There was a couple that walked near us and I overheard him tell his wife, Dear. Its all nineteen-throw it away. Our garage sale had better stuff. Can we please go?---- She just laughed it off. We love the N.W. Craftiques. Bright. Smells great. Clean. Polished. And the vendors over there want to move items and make money. Versus Bandera road vendors have become museum curaters. We are truly surprised this location is still operating. It would behoove the Bandera rd location if when folks rented stalls, they were told the merchandise needs a six week maximum turn over. After the six weeks, the item must go mark down. This brings patrons in for great deals and searching for NEW items that are continously moved. The ALAMO CRAFT CO. place near Ingram Mall next to the Chinese restaurant is better, than. Bandera Craftiques, because they at least give you a card thats punched out every 10.00 that you spend. Once you spend 100.00 --- you get 20.00 off any item in store. Thats on Wacky Wednesday. Again, let me say... Craftiques at N.W. Military is the cream for strip mall antique shopping. Tea cafe is fabulous. The whole place looks and feels great. And those vendors, especially the ones by the front register, the two gents, they know how to make a sale. We love their attitude and energy. Stop by and check out their stuff. Youll be glad you did. They have the whole right side area near front windows, facing out. And more items to the left of store, up front, facing register area. Happy treasure hunting.

VENDORS BEWARE! I was a vendor there and in less then 6 months I was vandalized and had many items stolen. Dont rent here. Its cheaper to just give your stuff away then to pay rent on a boothe that is not secured or watch! They will not even contact you when your boothe is vandalized!
