Serenity was awesome! I have gone in a few times before & didnt get asked if I needed help. The associates were busy talking or on their phones. I would end up walking out. Different story w/Serenity! She was amazing!

This is one of the hottest stores in the mall (temperature wise). Weve been in here 3 times in the past year, and each time Id like to buy something but I end up sweating too much and have to leave. Nice folks though.

The girls were very informative and helpful as I asked questions about shoe inserts. I got a really good deal. It was a quick easy trip.

We went to look at shoes for my husband and the girl was so nice and very helpful! She definitely provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while ! we will be back
