I have been shopping at this store for years. I do not buy my groceries here. When I shop here it is usually for things I cannot get anywhere else in San Angelo.Pros: low prices! Back to school stuff is well stocked. Large range of products.Cons: Employees are rarely helpful, you are on your own to find products or answer questions.Never enough checkout lines open.

Okay. Got a good bargain but they still need to hire cashiers or allow me a discount for checking and bagging my purchase myself.

Its Wal Mart. I mean, what hasnt already been said?I hate that they are no longer open all night. I work nights and it made my life so much easier.

I bought a pioneer woman pan today and when I got home I washed it before I cooked. There was a dead rat smell to the outside of the pan and the lid. I look at it closely and I believe there is dried rat piss on the pan. I have washed it three times and cannot get rid of the smell. So make sure you wash anything bought from Walmart multiple times!! I can imagine their trucks or warehouse are infested with rats… I can’t explain the smell any other way. 🤢

I love this walmart. Way better than the one where I live.

It’s a Walmart..they have great clearances, usually better than the one on 29th street.We live across town from this one and we still prefer it to the others.The staff is “usually” more helpful and attentive.

This trip was a huge improvement over the last few times I shopped here. Each time has been just before lunch on Sunday. At least they had enough cashiers available to meet the demand. Ill withhold full judgement until my next visit.

I feel that theyre layout can be a little confusing but overall the employees are nice and helpful and the customer service is top notch!

EH I don’t like going to Walmart Because it’s always super busy It’s good to run in and get what you want.

Employees dont know where stuff is even when in there own area. They have good sales sometimes on fishing gear.

Pretty clean store. Didnt interact with the staff too much. Didnt take long to grab a couple things and get out. Well stocked from what I seen.

They seemed to be pretty well stocked. I was able to get everything I needed at one store and didnt need to go to different stores trying to find what I needed. Cashier was nice and cheerful, even though it was busy with holiday shoppers :)

Nice store, it takes quite a bit to get the attention of the photo lab staff. No one offers to help you. You have to go to the associate and bring them back with you. I was told the usual photo lab tech was on lunch.

I was really surprised at the great lengths Walmart employees go. I was not aware that employees can help take bulky items to your vehicle. I was impressed and glad I have been shopping with Walmart for decades now.

Long lines at self check out. Had 6 customers needing assistance with only 1 worker, who was doing some transaction at the far end (almost unseen). Only 2 registers open that take cash (had 5 people waiting in that line). Only 1 regular lane open at 1015pm.

To much Christmas stuff, not enough cashiers

I have had some good experiences and some bad at Walmart. This time wasnt the greatest. Staff was off their game. I was wanting to switch phone carriers to Verizon and purchase a new phone. After waiting far too long for the clerk to find a key to get the phone, another clerk showed no interest in helping his coworker or me. I eventually left with no new phone and same carrier. I did however, Pick up the rest of my list with no other delays 3 stars because Ive had worse experiences there.b

I placed an online order and though it was three days later when I went to pick up...it had been canceled...their policy is seven day hold.

I was travelling and stopped at Saint Angelo at the Walmart it had everything I wish my Walmart had what the one Saint Angelo has

Fast and friendly. Clean and organized isles. Wish the basket retrieval was faster. Lots of shopping carts in the parking lot made it hard to park.

Please open up more check out lanes. I go across the street to HEB because there is very little wait time to check out. You are losing business because of this problem. However, your curbside pickup is really, really good and fast.

This Walmart is awesome! I feel like they are never out of stock for items and the employees are so kind. One time I bought something and accidentally left it. I paid cash and didn’t grab the receipt. I went back to see if I could get it— although I had no way of identifying that I had actually gotten it (so embarrassing) they were patient and helped me and we were able to get to a point where they were able to see what I had gotten and I got it back! I was SO grateful for that manager’s help.

I use to enjoy my trips to Walmart but not anymore. A lot of their workers need to take a refresher course to freshen up on their customer service skills.

They have only one register open almost all of the time and you have to wait forever.

I managed to walk away with the last Savage Mk IIF in thier gun case. I picked up a scope and Bi-pod to go along with it. the cost $160 00 out the door. not including the scope and Bi-pod. this walmart is better than the one Ive gone to in Dallas. and thats saying alot for walmart considering how many there are in Dallas. this one was better stocked except for guns and ammo as par for most places. otherwise its a good store to shop at.

If I need to go to Walmart Ill drive across town to another one. Horrible service
