Lost a sale and a customer for Verizon. I brought my youngest daughter to this store to upgrade her phone. There was only one other couple in the store and the staff met me at the door and put his hand up at my chest. He asked me what we needed and I told him. I was told in a rude, abrupt tone that we could not come in the store until a rep was available. I refuse to wait outside a mostly empty store. Fear is a terrible business model. I dont have to have to have a phone, but if I do have one it is not going to be a Verizon phone.

There was nothing wrong with this particular store. They where nice and helpful. Im giving Verizon 1 star for its throttling of data. It is not truly unlimited. Data speeds slow to a trickle once you have reached youre data allotment.

If you’re looking for a place where you can’t spit a sentence out without being told to keep your mask over your nose or being told to stay 6 feet apart every step of the way, then this is the place for you!! I mean, who needs to see the tablet of your information that the very rude employee is holding 6 feet away from you? I guess you could try to listen to what they are trying to say, although very difficult through the muffled voice coming through the almighty mask. Overall very rude and irritating experience, the guy wouldn’t even put a screen protector on my new phone because I had to schedule an appointment for that, even after I sat there and waited for an hour.

The Manager today was rude and condescending. Didnt matter what my situation was she could care less. She came out saying that it was not her issue and that I should take it up with the manufacturer of the device. Even before she read the notes on my file. I told her that I had already spoken to someone about this and that I was only here to get it fixed. She stated that my problem was irrelevant and that it didnt matter what the representative previous to her had said. She said, I am the manager and this was her store! wow how ignorant to claim such a thing. She doesnt own the store. She is just an employee and should care about the problems the customer has. After I readressed her she said fine ill get a screen for you and you can put it on yourself. She walked to the back of the store and brought one out. I told her that I didnt know how to put it on and that was one of the reasons I chose to come to the store instead of getting one mailed to me. At that point she become agitated and said you know what i changed my mind Im not going to give you a screen for your phone good luck. You can go ahead and go to another store. I couldnt believe it. She acted so childish and immature. This person has some serious problems with customer service and should not be in the position she is in. I hope that they review the video footage of the store and see how she treated me. I have gone ahead and called customer service on this issue and have asked to speak to the regional manager of this store.

Ramona, who is the manager, was EXCELLENT! Id gotten a screen protector for my Note 9 and it wasnt seating right so she spent at least 30 to 40 minutes trying to get it seated correctly. She never rushed nor showed frustration. Eventually, she got it on the phone with one small bubble on the lower right side still showing which my fiancée eventually smoothed out. She was very professional and very helpful.

I went in with 2 customers ahead, I walked around store, was never greeted. I realized after 10 minutes it was just 2 of 5 employees that looked available but was busy playing on their phones at the counter, I approached one guy Gonzalez and asked if anyone was available. He told me how was he to know I needed help very defensively. Which at that point I was not accusing anyone of anything, I just wanted help getting new service and a new phone. His tone and attitude became very aggressive. He asked what phone I wanted, I said I needed help finding a phone because I wasnt sure, then he said how was he supposed to know what kind of phone I wanted. I then told him I didnt want his help any longer and to get someone else. He never returned so I left. Very very disappointed in Verizon as this was my first time in a Verizon store. I went in with a smile and left with one regardless of how I was treated. @2pm Mon July 15th.

My husbands phone had stopped working, so we visited the store for help. After many attempts at trying to repair it, Lupe did not give up. Her customer service skills are exceptional! Also, Scott from the back came up to assist when Lupe had done everything she could think of, and he made a hail Mary to fix it, and it worked again! We were very pleased with the service we received from both of them!

We have used a local cell phone provider since they opened. Lately we have been hit with high cost for going over our data limit of 750MB shared between four phones. Our bill sometimes was over 1k for the four phones. Investigating we noticed most national carriers were lower costs for their services. When we looked into Verizon, it was going to be a savings of well over 5k per year. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Natahonia (spelling probably way off, sorry) and she helped us well above the call for duty. She explained our choices well and showed us the different phones available. Having worked with other carriers, she was very knowledgeable of the business and answered all our questions. She spent hours with us as we changed over all our phones. She stayed late from work and made sure we checked our phones and verified that the pics, and other things we wanted to keep, we moved over to the new phones. The store is roomy and clean. The whole staff was fast to help other customers. While we were there, we watched how the staff worked with everyone to make sure they were happy. While a new customer, so far it has been great.

If you patronize this establishment be warned not to have the manager Ramona touch you equipment. We purchased a 50$ screen protector for a note9 and had her install it. She did good till she broke it and ran to the back and came out with a screen that was not in a box. She ripped the now broken screen off and did not install the new one per the directions. It is falling off 1 hour later and she refuses to accept responsibility for her lack of workmanship. I am being informed she did not give us a correct screen protector as she would have had to buy it........be warned they do not follow their own protocols.

I was having a few problems with my phone and when I took it in it could not have been easier! I didnt really have to wait . They checked it out and cleaned it up and its like new now! I was in and out in 10 minutes ! Couldnt be happier!

My husband just went to the Verizon store in San Angelo in Sherwood and was treated very badly by a woman about 30-35 yrs old with dark hair. She refused to help him since his phone since it was set up in Abilene,Tx last week. She was rude and refused to do her job, to help a dedicated Verizons customer. He was so angry he left and came home livid. He has never at any Verizon store been treated so shabby and has never left without great service!

The person who helped my husband and I was rude and inconsiderate to anything we had to say I was forced to wear a mask even though I have a medical condition I was wearing it below my nose because of this condition but was made put it above my nose and the person who took care of us was complete rude when I informed them that I had talk to a representative on the phone and that I was not to pay an upgrade fee and she snapped at me saying that I would need to call the 800 number again this person had horrible customer service and should be punished for being so rude to a customer

Was directly lied to today. Been here multiple times over the last 4 years, standard wireless experience of waiting and upselling. This is coming from a former indirect Verizon Wireless employee. Today I needed a SIM card in order to activate a phone I didnt have with me. Called in advance to have them be ready because I was coming through town and had no time to waste, wanted to make it easier for everyone. This is something Ive done before. Was told they wouldnt be able to give me a SIM card without being able to activate it with the phone. I was told this was Verizon policy. I explicitly asked because Im pretty aware of Verizon policy. First time Id been told this so I called Verizon corporate support where I was told no such policy exists, the representative annotated my account to explain to them why I needed the SIM and how I didnt have the phone. The store employee Daniel would not give me the SIM upon arrival. I asked him if this was a Verizon policy and he said yes. I had him speak to a Verizon rep and Daniel tells him its a store policy to not allow people to have SIM cards. So instead of telling me it was their store policy upfront I was lied to and told it was a Verizon policy. Wouldnt be upset if I wouldnt have been lied to, if it wouldnt have taken push coming to shove to be honest. The absence of integrity here will ensure that I dont return. Verizon support gave me a $15 inconvenience credit and were just as dumbfounded as I. I went across the street where Best Buy didnt give me any grief over handing me a SIM card. So get over yourselves Sherwood Verizon, it doesnt take a wrinkled white shirt and badly fitting slacks to activate a damn SIM card.

The manager and one other employee both lied to me over and over. They both told me I wasnt able to have a smart watch or tablet function unless they had their own Verizon account activated. That is 100% false. Even when I told the employee that he continued to lie to me, so I calmly hooked my smart watch up via Bluetooth and showed him and walked out. He wouldnt even cancel the active lines when I asked him. True story. Ill just call Verizon and have them do it for me. Dont shop here!!

The day after Christmas, we went to this store to inquire about a problem with our phone. The attendant that opened the doors was very unfriendly. The woman who waited on us was rude, and not willing to help. She treated us like we were taking up too much of her time. Only reason they get one star is because 0 stars is not an option. They have horrible customer service! Switched to Sprint and saved $70/month on my bill for the same options plus I get Hulu free every month. Once your plan is canceled they close your online payment, you go into the store for your final bill and they say per our policy we can only print the first page. That is so they can make it difficult for you to take you last bill to your new company to have it bought out. There are not enough words to describe my total disgust with Verizon. They were a horrible company from the time we signed up!
