All I know is Joseph Castillo is such an amazing pple person! Hes very knowledgeable about the cricket business and I really appreciated that! He answered all my questions and had a solution right off the bat to my problem!!! I called the S. Bryant location to inquire about transitioning from my provider to theres and got treated very rudely by an associate named Sean. I wont go into detail but he lacks customer service skills and needs additional training on how to speak to potential customers. I will not be going to this location or changing providers. Thanks a lot Sean, you have made a disservice to a potential client.

Ok so let’s start from the beginning. We went in and filled out the credit financing application. Got approved for more than enough to buy 2 iPhone 7 Plus phones. Then the manager decides to actually go look to see if he has any after we had already told him that’s what we wanted. Long story short we had to get them ordered after the guy supposedly called the other store and lied and told us they didn’t have any either. Found out they actually did. So we come back once the phones are in, the manager then screws up everything by not running the two phones together and it messed up our credit application. Long story short we traded in a phone but that was for my husbands line that they actually didn’t even get activated! So we are like ok we will just keep this one and the manager then said we couldn’t take that one because he actually already ran the trade in! Total BS! So my husband had to leave with no phone because they messed up the remaining credit available and took his other phone! Beware they don’t know what they are doing! Very unprofessional as well the girl working there is going to tell the main boss her grandpa is dying so she can get days off too!! Never again will we use this store.
