An employee was extremely rude and when I said ok I will be moving on she replied, “OK! BYEEEE!” Very unprofessional and rude.

I love this Sephora! I used to live in DFW, and this store is the most welcoming and helpful Sephora I have ever shopped at. Patrick, as always, is super sweet and really knows the products. Going to a cosmetics store during this COVID crisis is a nightmare, because there are no samples to test... Patrick saved the day and matched me perfectly to concealers, contour colors, and lipstick just based on his knowledge of the products. I highly recommend this store! Even though times are tough, it’s still nice to treat yourself and have someone steer you in the right direction. Go! And ask for Patrick :D

I have been a Beauty Insider member for years. I go in every year on my birthday to get my free gift. This year when I went in, Caitlin, was extremely rude. Rude to the point that I almost told her to forget it and left without it. If my husband wasnt with me, i likely would have, but i didnt want to embarrass him. I always go between Sephora and Ulta for my makeup. After this experience, I am leaning more towards Ulta. I definitely will not allow Caitlin to get any sort of commission off of me. Customer service is lacking here!

I went here today after being totally ignored at Ulta. I didnt know exactly what I was looking for, just the issue with my foundation I was hoping to fix with a new product. Patrick was SUPER nice and helpful. Idk why some of the reviews say he was rude cause he was amazing with me today!

I went into Sephora at 3:30 on July 18, 2019, and was treated horribly. I’m never going there again. When I first walked in everything was fine until I was approached by an employee with a long brownish blonde pony tail. She asked if I needed any help finding anything and I said no I’m just looking. Anyway, I turned back to keep looking and my boyfriend told me she was death glaring me as she was walking away, sure enough, I turned around to find her staring at me with a rude facial expression. I tried to ignore it, but every time I looked up I noticed her staring at me. I then decided to leave the store because I did not feel no where near welcome. I was glared at and stared at until I was out of sight. I would not recommend shopping at this location unless you enjoy having rude customer service. 10/10 do NOT recommend this store.

Bad customer service. Went to exchange something and instead of letting me browse the got the other product made the trnasaction and dismissed me. Another time went to return an item and there was only one employee that could do returns. How do your run a store with only one person trained on a process....

The two girls working were very nice& their make up was on point! I went in about a awful experience at ultra and will definitely start coming here instead!!!

Asian man employee was very rude to me and my children. Actually told me I could go to HEB and shop there because I didnt want to pay 38.00 for a sunscreen.

Worker presented herself as rude and not helpful.
