I had an appointment at Mary and Blondell Beauty Supply and Braiding Studio yesterday.The consultation Mrs. Jodye did, before she braided my hair, was spot on. She was able to point out damage to my hair; while giving me non expensive tips on how to achieve healthier hair. She also, paid close attention to the details in the description of how I wanted my braids.Mrs. Jodye took her time to ensure that my braids came out identical to each other. She did not attempt to braid all of my edges, she did not pull my hair tightly into the braids, nor did she take breaks during the time it took her to do my hair.From the time I walked in, to the time I left; Mrs. Jodye made me feel like we had been friends for years and she continously engaged in conversations with me that were on my comfort level.Her prices are very inexpensive compared to the high quality of her work. I will definitely let Mrs. Jodye continue to braid my hair and I do recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their hair braided; especially those who have tender heads.

I had difficulty booking an appointment. Then I had an appointment time set up and she no showed on me. I contacted her about this but she didnt respond.
