My car needed a new window motor and the AC fixed. I was able to drop my car off with Lance and he called me the next day with an estimate and when it would be ready. They did a great job a finished my car very quick. The parking can be a little tight and the entrance is very close to the glenna off ramp. If you are looking for a mechanic I suggest checking them out.

Lance, Allen and really everyone were outstanding! I called, they were swamped with customers, still received excellent quality work the same day!The radiator on my car blew. Called complete car care and without hesitation they gave me instructions. I had the car towed there and wasnt expecting my car back for a week. They fixed my car with a brand new radiator same day! Well, its 2020 and I thought the same thing had happened because of my luck, over that same weekend. On Monday, before I could call, Lance messaged me asking about the car. (Outstanding customer service!) He informed me that the radiator and labor was still under warranty and to bring it in. I brought the car back in they found and fixed the problem. I had my car back the next day and am impressed with all the efficient, effective and professional work. I would recommend complete car car to anyone looking for quality work with extraordinary customer service!

Being a young woman I typically get taken advantage of at most places that work on cars. I in fact took my car to KELLYS AUTO and got completely ripped off $3k and given my car back with the exact same issues as I had when I initially brought it in. They told me to go elsewhere and didn’t refund ANY of the money that they had taken from me. I took it to complete car care because a ton of people I know use them as well. They took care of the small issue that was supposed to have been fixed at Kelly’s auto and not only fixed it, but warrantied the parts out for me because they knew they were brand new parts that were out on incorrectly. They were so kind to have done that and if they wanted to they could have made me pay for all of it. I am so grateful. All they asked is that I just come back to them for future business and I have nooooooo problem doing so. I highly suggest these honest little mechanic angels. After being told by Toyota that I needed over 2k worth of work done, it ended up being a $100 job of fixing my sway bar. This crew is honesty and will fix your car for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Definitely will visit again if need be.

Ive had 3 alignments done here 80 each i have never bein impressed with this place they couldnt even tell my why my front-end was shakeing it was caused by bad shocks i found out . there not all what there cracked up to be neither is caddo.
