The repair work was on damage done by another contractor, so I can’t comment on the cost, but the quality of work, the responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. It is rare to find people who are courteous, kind, that does what they promise, when they promise. Quality of work was top notch and the care and respect of the property was unmatched. No clean up after him was necessary - everything was like the accident never happened. Highly recommend.

I was in San Angelo for the weekend and arrived Friday afternoon. I had gotten a rock chip on my way into town. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and took care of my car before the chip spread into a crack. I would highly recommend them! All staff at this establishment were very friendly. The only negative I had was the experience in picking up the vehicle. Job was VERY well done, I also have to commend them on how FAST they got the job done, VERY impressive. If I would have known how fast my windshield would have been fixed, I would have stayed there at the store or around the area, instead of arranging for someone to pick me up because in about 90 minutes it was finished!When I dropped off my car, I was told by staff at the front that they would pick me up when the car was ready---I was SUPER surprised and grateful for that--it is my only vehicle and I dont like to inconvenience anyone.So when they called and stated it was ready, I spoke with a lady who told me that there was nothing written on my paperwork about them picking me up and also they were short-staffed. Im guessing she meant staff in the office because I still couldnt believe how fast it was repaired.The lady offered to pick me up on her lunch but I told her no, I wouldnt deprive her of that. Instead I waited til close to closing to find a ride over to the shop.Overall, I would use again for speed of service but next time, I will confirm pickup instructions with staff.

I dropped my pickup off at 8:30 am and wasn’t expecting it back till the next day cause they already had a lot of vehicles there and they called me at around 2:30 pm and said it’s ready and the price was the same as they quoted me!They got it done fast did it right! Chipped windshield repair-In and out in 20 minutes!

I called them and they were available same day to give a quote. Yes it took 2 weeks to get the window in due to the virus going around. But they called to set up an appointment the moment the new window came in. They were prompt and very professional. Was even showing my son what he was doing which I totally give the man props for that. Thank you. And will continue to use you for any glass needs.

My rear driver window was damaged due to the bad hail storm. They got me in within the next 4 days. Replaced my window with a regular window when I had originally ordered a tinted window. They were upfront & honest about their mistake & promptly ordered a new window that was tinted & had it put in within the next 3 days from my previous service date. They did an awesome job! Would not suggest as a first choice. We needed to have the front door glass on our business replaced and were told that an estimate could not be done till the next day, but the dispatcher would call. Finally had to call someone else who showed up very promptly and is able to fix it the same day. The estimator for Glass Doctor showed up shortly afterwards. Very unprofessional. His words were slurred and he smelled strongly of alcohol. As a retired police officer I would not hesitate to say he should not be driving let alone representing the company.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could give ZERo stars I would. I have never seen such unprofessional service in all my life. They wont call and deal with their customers directly. They come out to do the work but leave without doing anything and dont bother to contact the customer to explain the situation. Then the guy drove off without speaking to me and avoided me completely. When I stopped him he put his boss on the phone. I asked him to call the customer directly and explain the situation instead of speaking to me (his niece). He said he wouldnt and that I was told so I can explain it to him. They have lied repeatedly to us about cost and labor work. These people are horrible and rude!!

This place needs to learn to be more professional if things come up and the job can not be done in the time it was given to the customer then someone should have the decency to call the customer and say something. I ordered window Wednesday and here it is Monday and nothing. Two days and two appointments later yea the window was cheap so I guess you get what you paid for.

These guys are great. They helped me out when I was in a jam, and did a great job. I plan to stay with them for everything.
