PROFESSIONAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We needed our shattered back door glass replaced. American was honest that they were currently very busy and it would take them a week to call me back. It did take a week to call back but as soon as they called they were out the same day to measure our door window. They thought it would have to be a special order but when they realized they had the needed glass on hand they called me back and got me in the same morning. I babysit several children and have two dogs. Also that day there was road work going on in our neighborhood and they had to move their truck at one point. In the midst of that chaos, uncomplaining and friendly, they replaced the window quickly and efficiently without a shard of glass dropped from the old window. I was very impressed.
