Calvert was able to get me in immediately when I broke my bumper the day I was leaving town. They were efficient, quick and nice when I explained the situation. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was nice and helpful. Thankfully only brackets needed replacing but the service was amazing. If anyone ever needs to use a body shop, I definitely recommend Calvert.

The staff was amazing from the office staff to the repair man. Regina was so helpful from start to finish and I am very pleased with everything. I would definitely use them again in the future!

They did a good job as far as the repair goes. They told me a week maybe a week and a half. Took longer. I showed up on a Friday and they said it needed to be washed and inspected and couldnt guarantee it wouldnt be done that day. I had to demand my vehicle back, I was not gonna go through the weekend without a vehicle that just needed a wash and inspection. After that they were not pleased and was very rude after. Would not recommend

They do great work and are easy to deal with. They were covered up with work after the big hail storm last year and I had to wait months to get my cars into their shop. I did not care because they do such good quality work that I would not take them to any other shop. I have used them for years and always get perfect results and fair prices. You may can find someone cheaper or be able to get in quicker to another shop but there is a reason Calvert does so much business! I trust them with my vehicles and would highly recommend them to you!

Received a call today from Regina after not hearing from these people in over 2 years. When I was first in my wreck, they had told me that the insurance company from the other guy authorized the repairs for the damaged he caused to my vehicle. After holding my car for a couple of months they called to let me know it was ready. They said I owed more than $3,ooo since the insurance didnt cover it. I asked them why did they repair the car if the insurance didnt authorize it? They said that it was industry standard that when an insurance company asks for the second quote from them that they can do the repairs. but when they sent them the bill, they denied it. That was why they held my car so long. Calvert wouldnt let me make payments but wanted to know who my lien holder was on the car. I called the lender and let them know what was going on. The car wound up getting repossessed and Calvert bought it. Well Regina calls me today to ask me if I would sign an authorization for the repairs. I told her NO! You people already stole my car from me, now you want me to be on the hook for the repairs and make it easier for you to get the car from the lender?? You wanted to steal my car, now youll have to deal with the aftermath. Even that day when I came to get my stuff out of my car, the older gentleman told me you guys had started pulling this on multiple customers. I hope you get exposed and shut down for your lack of business ethics.

I was recommended to come here for our 4Runner. I was not disappointed . From beginning to end, the customer service was great. The job was amazing and they finished it faster than originally estimated. Yes it can be expensive depending on your damage, but if you want it done right come to Calvert Collision Center.

Everything about this place is awesome! Getting an estimate was easy and very thorough, he caught something that a different place hadnt. He told me what to expect and kept me updated on the progress of getting the insurance cleared (So the guy that rear ended me insurance would cover the repairs). Once that was done he got my rental set up for me, I just had to call and set a day to drop off the car and pick up the rental at the connected enterprise. Once I dropped off my car Monday morning I picked up my rental with no issues. I called for a progress report on my cars repair Monday night and they said it just had to be painted. Tuesday afternoon I got a call that it was done. Went and picked it up and dropped off the rental. My car looks great, clean and with no issues whatsoever!To avoid issues make sure when you schedule your appointment that all the parts they have to order are actually arrived so they can just get them on and done without having to wait for them to arrive. My appointment was on a Monday so I called the previous friday to ensure all parts were there. On Sunday I called enterprise and confirmed my rental reservation and that a car would be available.Overall, great staff, very friendly and helpful. Several times when I called they had to actually go out to the garage to check on things before giving me an update. I highly recommend them!

Brought my new vehicle too them for repairs waited a month to get in. then after repairs where finished and it was time to pick up the vehicle front grill was still cracked over spray all over the car bondo dust every where. I would not recommend this body shop!

There is definitely a lack of “good” customer service here. When we reported the discrepancies in their work, that should have been covered in the original quote, they treated us with contempt and sarcasm. We are not confident in the work that was rendered on our vehicle and definitely do NOT recommend Calvert Collision.

Amazing quick service/repairs. They made it look like new! Was done in 5 days. Staff was always friendly and willing help. Side note enterprise ental co is literally right next door. Turn in your vehicle for repairs and slude on over for your rental. Easy!

They are very friendly until payment is due even though insurance handles everything. Make sure everything is completely paid before giving them your vehicle. That includes the deductible.I was told several times that they would call to remind me of my appointment, the progress of my vehicle after the first week, and that they would call when my vehicle was finished. I never received any calls and had to call and pester them about the progress of my repair.When I received my vehicle and insurance had doled out a considerable large amount for the repairs. I noticed things werent aligned correctly, a piece that wasnt damaged before had a crack in it, and they washed it but there was wax residue stuck in places that wasnt wiped off.Overall they did decent but I will not be returning.

Owner was disrespectful and threatened to call the police on me after I showed him the deficiencies in his work. Do not go there, poor quality of work and only went because Geico insurance recommended them as there express shop. Went to Concho Collison and not only did they see and fix the deficiencies, the did it for free!!!!!

Received my car back with mechanical issues it did not have prior to the accident.
