When we came in we had a fun conversation with the receptionist who told us about the historic building they were housed in, a former Jewish synagogue.Then she quickly arranged for Mike to help us pick out a new office chair. He was very knowledgeable about the chairs and didnt pressure is at all.He helped us quickly pick one out (we knew what features we wanted) and were on our way.

I signed papers for an office desk and chair through Henriksen/Butler mid-March. I paid up front. The items did not arrive until the end of April and were delivered missing pieces which rendered the desk non-functional. HBs response was a curt apology and ordering the desk from the manufacturer again, which is expected to arrive towards the end of May.In the meanwhile, my office has no desk and my computer sits on the floor.
