Do not order from this company if ordering online. All their products on the website show up as In Stock even though they are not stocked products. Then once you order and wait a week to realize the product is not shipped, because they are still waiting for the vendor to ship them the product, they will ignore all requests to cancel the item and will not give you a refund.. Dont waste your time or your money. It would be better if I could give 0 stars.

Found these guys on line while searching for spin on fuel filters approved for Avgas. They had sold the previous type filter that I had been using but production of had been discontinued. Greg replied to my email telling me that they had a Tops T-3010H filter that was a direct replacement and approved for Avgas so I ordered 10. Just by chance after placing my order I pulled up the item on there company website and in the photo shown could not see where it said it was approved for Aviation Fuel so I called to confirm. Low and behold they were not approved! Unimpressed with my particular salesmans knowledge of their products!

Shipping was fine. Product was fine. Only issue I had was with sales dept. I called in to ask if the power cord for the pump I ordered was included or sold separately (He informed me it was seperate, and I asked if Westech sold that cord). The man I spoke to gave me some bad advice, he advised I could use any 14 gauge wire to hook the pump up, and when I asked him if a fuse would be required, he told me no.The thing is, I spoke to the pump manufacturer, GPI, and they showed me the documentation that clearly states the power cord circuit must include a 20amp fuse at minimum.I dont understand why he would advise me on that if he wasnt 100% about the equipment specs.

I have been in business for almost 20 years and I have never, ever had this much trouble getting a refund on a defective part from anyone. My company does 2 million dollars a year so I purchase alot of parts annually. If I could give them 0 stars I most certainly would. I ordered a pump in November of 2017. It is now mid June and I am still waiting for them to send me RMA to return the defective one after having to purchase a whole new pump after the fact. That is right 6 months. Josh has been lying to me for at least 2 months about getting an RMA. I am out about $600 with shipping and may never get a refund at this point. Run from this company, they are liars and cheats. They will steal from you.

Alright owner we apologize the review I have contacted Google to remove what I wrote and they will but their support team says to allow 4-6 weeks.

If you do any business with this guys online you are crazy!Kevin in online sales is absolutely terrible!! Ordered a part on there online parts and received the wrong part so I called Kevin and wanted to return the wrong part and reorder the correct. They did reorder the correct part and shipped it out after 5 weeks . So when it came to getting a credit for the wrong part which was dropped shipped they only gave me 50% back ! A 50% restocking charge for a no touch part for them ! It took around 3 months to get my money for my credit from them .. better think twice about these guys !!!
