I went to their shop/office to see if they can help me out with a compressor that I have, they end it up telling me that if I did not buy the compressor from them, then is gonna be very difficult for me to get their service. I try several times, and they address me to one Carson guy, that never attends me. I finally get my parts for my compressor online and my compressor running. not thanks to them. very poor service and customer service.
I would never go through them again. The only polite thing I can say is that they showed up quickly. We had an emergency and were grateful when they said they would come take a look. The tech was professional, but wasnt able to fix the issue we had and offered no solutions more than call someone else. When the tech told me that since he wasnt able to help us, that he wouldnt charge us, we were grateful. Until 4 weeks later when a bill came through. When I called with questions, I received curt answers and extremely rude replies. I explained that the tech had said one thing, and the office manager rudely replied that he absolutely had not and accused me of lying right off the bat. VERY unprofessional. I understand having to pay for time and labor. I have no issues with that. But the way this company handled it was lacking in every way.
We are commissioning two Ingersol Rand TA-3000 compressors and have faced multiple issues that the OEM and local representative struggled to help with. Aaron (tech) has worked with this line of compressors for a long time and it was obvious he knows his way around them. Carson (office) has been very responsive with scheduling Aaron, answering questions and pricing equipment. I couldnt be happier with my decision to enlist their help.
Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Technicians are very knowledgeable and they are actually a compressor company that is easy to work with. Highly recommended!
