They sent the wrong size crb brushes. Horrible customer service. I Could not reach anyone in customer service, they kept saying everyone was busy leave a message and never got a response. No response from the emails I sent either. I will not do business with this crazy again.

As the owner of a carpet cleaning company many times you need advice or direction, I was doing a job and lost a hose on the machine, I raced to Aramsco where Jason searched the whole store to help me find a hose, we couldnt --- without wasting precious days shipping in a new one, he directed me to where I could get one, essentialy putting me back in business the same day. This is the type of customer support I hope I give...over the top!!

This is the place to go! Any and all service on my truckmount is done by Jason and the very knowledgeable guys in the service department! They bent over backwards to help me when I had a major issue with my van. They coordinated the repairs with the Chevy dealership and got everything taken care of. I live 4 hours away and was stressed out but these guys made it easy. THESE PEOPLE ROCK! All repairs work perfect right out of the gate! Thanks to Jason and all the great people here!

Horrible customer service, shady repair practices and insane price gouging for simple services. These guys bill out per hour more than my actual mechanic!! Beware...

Clay is extremely helpful and kind. Interlink has been our go to for many years and with employees like Clay we will continue to use these guys! Stock up day is great and everyone is always so helpful anytime we call.

The manager guy that is there really doesnt know what hes doing! Why is he a manager? A few of my friends and I in this industry are not at all happy nor pleased with his performance! Very Poor!!! I think you should get a new manager that actually knows what hes doing!

I have owned a Chem Dry franchise for 29 years and for the last few years interlink has done the maintenance on my trucks. I also buy a lot of my product and parts from them. Great location and a clean store front. Todd in service is great to work with also. Highly recommend.

I love when my boss sends me here to have maintenance done! Todd always takes care of our equipment properly. I sometimes wish he was slower just so I can chill out in the lounge. The couches are nice and there are always free drinks on hand while we wait for our equipment to be repaired.

Clay is amazing, great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Ive always had a great experience here with the staff and with Todd in service. I trust him with all of my equipment and whenever he recommends to do something I tell him to do it. My equipment always runs smooth and if i ever have a problem, Todd always fits me in. Because my equipment working smoothly makes me money, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my equipment.

I had a similar experience to some of the review, Doing repairs and just not communicating to me the quote. I called and spoke to shane, clay and ashly, I was pretty upset... I have a company so I understand new staff and turn over... The 5 star is for incredible customer service and the repair was awesome and available the same day.. So, I will be taking my machines here....And the really did value everything I spoke to them about...SPECIAL THANKS TO SHANE THE MANAGER, THANKS YOU!!

Todd is very rude! Poor customer service, poor management!

Arrived at the store at 4:30 on a Friday when they close at 5 pm. And there already closed. Thats a wonderful service ifea.

These guys are awesome! Especially Todd and his service department. We had a recall issue on one of our Isuzus and I took it into the dealership to have it fixed. In the process they snapped or cut the fuel tap for our truck mount. I called the dealership the next day and they waffled and told me they couldnt get me in until the following week. I took it down to have Todd look at it and tell me what they did and he ended up fixing it. When I went back to the dealership with the bill they threw a big fit. Todd, being the forward thinking guy he is, had hung onto the part and sent me pictures to prove it. You dont find good service like that very many places anymore.

Dishonest and very rude. Todd is unprofessional and sucks at customer service. You give them directions on what you want done and if they decide different then they just take it upon themselves and do it without even telling the customer. Im sure they will respond with some lame excuse. Stay away!
