Great doors, great price. I have an older home and thus odd-sized doors. I got a bid from Lowes to replace them and the price was insanely high. C&M manufactured my doors to size-- cost was about $150 for solid core prehung which is literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than everywhere else I looked. They delivered them to my house about a week after ordering. Im very pleased with the quality, price, and service.

Ive been using C&M for the past few years and use them for a number of services. Garage doors, Exterior Doors, interior finish packages, interior finish installs, deck installs, interior and exterior railings to name a few. Do things always go perfect? Not with anyone! But I trust that their pricing is competitive and fair, quality is always there, issues are always addressed, and Charlie, Cory, and typically most everyone associated with them are cheerful and happy to be around!I highly recommend them!

We have used C&M for years now. I think they are priced right, they dont try and rip you off. They come, do the job and do it quickly. Communicate well and so far done a great job.

I asked for a specific door they told me they could do it in a couple of weeks. Fast forward a month later its finally done with poor communication in between. -1 starI asked for knotty alder because I wanted the barn door look, some character to enjoy. They filled in the knots with some sort of grey filler. Spent a week picking it out by hand. -2 starsI gave them specific numbers for the size of the opening I am working with, they made the door and jamb too big. Have to hire -2 stars, (Google wont let me give them negative stars)The feeling Im left with is that they tried to take advantage of me or didnt care about my needs. Charged me around $400 and Im left wanting to ask for my money back but have already spent weeks preparing the door for installation. I now have to hire someone to fix the problem. I definitely will not be giving them business again.

If you want a personal experience when looking for doors and trim, C & M is the place to go. Great quality and workmanship, great communication, and theyre family owned and operated, so the pride in their work shows. They try their hardest to remedy any issues, and they care about you as a customer. Highly recommend!

Needed a custom slab door for a quick fix with a deadline (fha loan requirement). Every door place in the valley wanted to charge $150-200 just for the slab, and were 2-4 weeks out. C & M got me a custom slab door for $70 and had it to me the next day. Thanks guys!

I ordered baseboard and was told it would be in on Monday. I show up Monday and they tell me its not in and they only had 80Ft and to come back Wednesday. Cory took down my number and said he would call me when the baseboard arrives on Wednesday. I Never heard from Cory and called Cory on Friday asking where the baseboard was. I was then told my baseboards never got ordered to even begin with. And now that we got everything straighten out and got it ordered now it would be in on Monday (1 week later). After I finally revived the baseboard I had inquired multiple times about exterior doors. I was once again directed to speak with Cory. We had exchanged a few text messages but all the sudden he stopped responding to me. I have since reached out to him on 3 different occasions and have yet to receive any response. The baseboard was 1/2 the price the Home Depot but I was behind scheduled due to waiting. Cheaper product but horrible customer service.

I have been buying from these guys for years. I love working with Cory... He knows this business better than anyone I know... I will continue using him on all future projects. Frankly I walk into some of these other big supply houses... The sales guys look at you like you dont belong and are way below their level... These are good people over here at C&M

The number on their website directed me to call another number, which when I called was to the office of an accountant. I was not able to contact anyone at C&M Doors, so I went with another company for my commercial garage door repair.

C&M had our doors made and delivered exactly when they promised. However, there were problems with a few doors that were delivered. Our bedroom doors were made wrong. Our barn doors were measured wrong and didn’t fit the openings and were short by 4 inches and I had to bring the header down on two of my doors so they would fit. They sent some doors back to be re made. We were promised the doors would be redelivered and installed in one week. This is where things have really gone south… they were a no call no show the day of installation on a Monday. Tuesday we finally got ahold of them and we’re told they would be at our house at 8am Wednesday. Again, no call no show. I spoke to Corey Wednesday about 10:30 and he was going to track the installers down then call me back. …no call back. I’ve called and left messages on their office number, the owners phone and with Corey about my displeasure. The lack of communication is appalling to say the least. This company has horrible communication, you can’t trust them to hold timelines that are promised. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone because of the non existent customer service.. when the owner of this company gets back from vacation I will discuss my displeasure with him. Until then, a week from now I’m being held hostage by this company and our house remains without doors. I would strongly recommend getting your door’s somewhere else. C&M is NOT worth the frustration
