Working with Ramin was wonderful. He was always prompt in answering questions and was very knowledgeable. Install was flawless too. Best sub we used for our kitchen remodel.

I hired Evertops to do the kitchen countertops. They were right in line pricewise with the other four contractors for the same product. The finished product looks good.I am giving three stars for four reasons. 1) workplace safety. The install crew used unguarded saws and grinders, no hearing protection, or safety glasses. They are probably overexposed to silica dust. One worker used the palm of his hand to stop the saw blade while still spinning.2) inability to complete the work when promissed. My small 33 sq ft project was postponed three times.3) lack of communication. The week when my countertops were to be installed, I verified three times that my project would be completed that Saturday. So at 2pm Saturday I called when nobody showed up and I had not heard anything. I got a bunch of excuses (job in Park City, broken CNC machine, Covid...).4) When the work was finally finished they left a mess in my house. I had dust everywhere. Fan, doors, windows, floor, cabinets... They made no attempt to clean up.Would I recommend this company??? Maybe, but not definately. Would I return to do future business??? Probably not.

I cannot write a review nice enough to properly commend the Evertops team for their dedication to great service.Josyln has been polite and helpful as I chose countertops from a distance. I was able to video chat with her to view their inventory. They installed stock material in my Park City condo within a week, just days before Christmas. The installer, Marcos, was kind and detail oriented. He even sent me photos of his work! I am just thrilled with Evertops!

Quite nice prefabs colors in granite and quartz. They are providing installed prices too. Turn around is quick. Selection of stone i tile i would say the best in the valley. And they have some deals which i liked :)

Do not buy from this company! I had written a lengthy review detailing how I ended up losing $1500 on a purchase from them, with pictures and evidence. Miraculously, a week later it was deleted. There was nothing slanderous or inaccurate with my post. Evidently, this company is very good at getting negative ads deleted. DONT BELIEVE THEIR HIGH GOOGLE AD RATING! As a summary of my previous post, everything at Containers Direct is special order, so do not be able to expect to return it. Also, they over-overcharged me on the purchase to begin with, with some shady math. The special order item that I had purchased was from a local company, literally just a couple of miles from them. All in all, the company is dishonest and will not do the right thing by you.

Out of all the tile shops on 3rd West, this is the best. The service, support and showroom were fantastic, and the prices could not be beat at any other location. They were able to get my tile ordered in under a week. The staff is happy, eager to help, and not pushy to sell. I would highly recommend saving yourself some time and simply going to this store.

This has been a tremendous experience with Evertops and with Kanan, who works there. I have had work done from time-to-time at my business that I was only moderately pleased with, but this experience with Evertops was OVER THE TOP great! We had a bathroom that really needed an upgrade. After spending a great deal of time looking up and down 300 W. at quite a number of places, we happened onto Evertops. Their kind of concern and respect for my time was impressive! We looked at dozens of possibilities, and then we found one piece that fit-the-bill perfectly. Within moments we were looking at 8 or 10 pieces of that granite which we liked, able to choose exactly what we wanted in our bathroom as far as detail & granite characteristics of the ideal piece. Kanan was helpful to the maximum! We were then scheduled with a time that was the desired afternoon appt. The best part is the final touch. It was installed when and how we wished it; they cleaned up after themselves. They made it a seamless and perfect process. And the installers had great personalities. [Because of their incredible service and price, we have had them replace another countertop. Same supreme service! On time and cleanly done, effortless on our part to receive what I would classify as a perfect job]. And the price was considerably better than we anticipated or had gotten at the other stores. This was a superior five-star job, done in the time frame and done precisely as needed. We could not be more pleased!!!

This guys are not flexible at all with returns. I left there with some closeout tile at a great price to use as a shower feature strip and in the shower floor pan. I called them to let them know 45 mins later that it would not work with my tile patterns in the master bath we were remodeling and asked if I could return them for less money, allowing them to charge me a restocking fee of 20%. They refused. I then asked if I could return them for a restocking fee of 50%, the next day. They refused. Projects, especially tile projects have so many facets to them and are constantly evolving throughout the stages of the process. I cant recommend this company because they are not flexible at all with returns.

Exceptional quality when it comes to travertine and marble. The staff was highly knowledgeable about not only the material, but certain diy questions that I had. I was able to get all of my tile at an excellent price, and I had no issues when it came time to pick up my order. This operation was a total nightmare to deal with! If you think putting up with poor service is worth it to get a lower price, this company will convince you that is not the case. We ordered tile and they told us it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. After 10 business days we started calling. They never returned our calls. When we did get a hold of the lady at the front desk, she said she still didnt know when it would arrive. she wouldnt look up the order, she wouldnt inquire from the source or look up a tracking number, she just said she didnt know. When we pressed her and said we would come down to speak to the owner to find out more (because she wouldnt put the owner on the phone for us) she told us not to and told us the tile would be in the following tuesday (about 4 more business days). When we showed up on Tuesday, she told us she had cancelled the order because she hadnt heard back from us even though she had never asked us a question. And though she cancelled the order, she still hadnt refunded our money for the order on our credit card, she had just cancelled the order. Now she said it would take another 7-10 days to get the tile if we reordered. The front desk lady is an absolute nightmare! DO NOT waste your time with these guys.

We built a new home and spent quite a bit of time looking for stone and tile. Containers Direct had the best selection we found for travertine. We were surprised at how low the price was for the polished travertine we bought (almost as low as the porcelain tile we bought at another store) and our installer said the quality of the stone was great. We had an all around good experience and were able to get a much nicer stone than we thought we could afford. I would highly recommend Containers Direct.

They have a large selection of natural stone tiles and mosaics in their front show room, I especially like the open airy feeling which makes it easy to see the various products side by side.

I was charged nearly double for 5 sheets of tile. They knew they had me; I could not just walk away because we needed those 5 sheets to finish the job and there was no other store that carried that tile. I could have ordered it online from a different place, but it would take too long.I was going to give Containers Direct my business again for some floor tile, but not after this experience. I will go somewhere else.
