We used Bath Crest to update an outdated bathroom. They provided excellent communication on the steps of the process and what we could expect. They made the process so easy. Kim is truly a master designer and a excellent project manager. Were very happy with the outcome.

They did great. Kim gave me a schedule and they kept it and even some items were done early with the total project comp earlier than expected. Always called the day before. Pretty clean. Excellent workmanship. They did two complete bathrooms at the same time, including demo of old, repair of old underfloor, new tile, new tub, two new toilets, two vanities, two medicine cabinets and beautiful fixtures, shower and tub enclosures including glass. A bit pricey but zero headaches and very nice quality.

Brad and Kim are top notch. We were looking to make our basement bathroom open up and feel more modern. During the installation, as the tile guy was laying down tile, I realized that one of the problems with the bathroom was that the door was not set in the right position when the house was built. This was why we couldnt put a standard depth counter and also contributed to the small feel of the bathroom. I called Kim, thinking to myself, 1) shes going to kill me because they have a plan in action 2) they are going to make this so expensive to fix its not going to be worth it. None of that happened. For a modest charge to move the door, Kim, Brad and team went into action to make it right for us. I completely blew up their timelines because of this, but they adjusted and still got the bathroom done in a very timely manner. The whole time reassuring us that all that matters to them is it being right for us. Just cant say enough about how good they were to work with and how much we love what they did. Would definitely recommend them

I am very happy I chose Bath Crest Bath to remodel a shower in my home. Bath Crest has excellent customer service from start to finish. I visited at least four other companies before choosing Bath Crest. Several bathroom remodeling companies seemed to have very young, inexperienced employees. Bath Crest has genuinely helpful, competent, experienced employees who do exactly what they say they will do. They were easy to work with and showed up when they said they would. I am very happy with the quality, appearance and functionality of the new shower.

Bathcrest replaced a bath tub and surround and shower with a new surround for us. They are very professional and the products that they use are exceptional, the bathroom faucets and shower faucets are commercial grade. I highly recommend this company.

I had Bath Crest come in for a free home estimate. I have a small master bathroom area and the first thing he told me was not to move the plumbing, even if I had 50K dont do it. Said they were a few months out, he would have to reach out to a contractor to get back to me within 48 hours. They never responded back to me with any estimate or communication. I found a local contractor the next week, came in and said he could do exactly what I wanted with the plumbing, gave me a bid that night and started the next day. Very disappointed in this company based on the great reviews.

We just had Bath Crest do a complete remodel on a second bathroom. We like that all workers are skilled craftsmen with many years experience. Bath Crest provides peace of mind because you know that the remodel will be done correctly, with quality products. As the first bathroom, our second bathroom turned out beautiful. The cost of our remodel was a good value because we knew the job would be done right at each step in the process by competent workers. We worked with Bath Crest to do a complete remodel of two bathrooms. They are great to work with and we could not be more pleased with the results!

We chose BathCrest of Utah (BCU) to remodel our two-room bathroom, essentially removing and/or replacing all cabinetry, countertops, tub/shower, bidet, and all original ceramic tile in the tub/shower surround and ceiling. Big job. We first discovered BCU and Brad Peterson at a Home Show, and we eventually visited the showrooms and offices of five specialty bath remodeling companies before deciding on BCU. Our contract with BCU excluded paint and electrical as we had those skills available from known technicians.In time, the cabinet maker, counter-top company, plumber, and shower-surround company sent representatives to the site for accurate measurements and advice to us about their part of the job. We had previously selected the wood cabinetry color and style, the countertop material (quartz), and shower surround (cultured marble).We had our painter and electrician do their work prior to BCU coming to the site to start their parts of the job. We had to wait on the BCU queue several weeks in order for work to eventually start in late October 2019. Two very able and amiable workers, Matt and Tracy, employed by BCU, demolished everything and took away all debris in two days. These men are wonderful, capable, and careful workers who took steps to ensure the work site from the entry door to the bathroom was kept completely clean over wood flooring and carpeting.Kim at BCU is a superstar in scheduling all the subcontractors and BCU employees so that the work, once started, flowed well until the job was finished. The anticipated time frame of three weeks was pretty much achieved for their part of the contract. We had three come-backs for corrective action or actual completion of tasks and BCU always responded in a timely manner on these follow-up items.Overall, we had a good experience with BCU with good interactions with company personnel (Brad, Kim, Candice, Matt, and Tracy) as well as with their chosen subcontractors.The largest complaints we had were to do with the cabinetry work provided by Copper Canyon Cabinets. The main items were: a blotchy appearance of the stain on a prominent side of one cabinet, explained away as a natural reaction to the uptake of the stain by the grain of the clear Alder wood; the fact that the inside of the cabinetry was left filthy dirty with sawdust, splintered wood, wood chips, and fingerprints; and lastly, every single drawer and both cabinet doors have splintered wood on the inside aspect where holes were drilled for mounting the hardware. Every single drawer and door!It took us several hours over several days to clean the inside of the cabinetry. We chose to do the work ourselves to assure an acceptable level of clean, and we shall simply live with the damaged interior surfaces of the drawers and cabinets.The only other major disappointment is that the quartz countertops were not supplied with the edges we specified in the contract and as discussed with the Cobble Creek Countertops owner when he was here to measure and template the job. We chose not to delay the work further and accepted the edge work as and when supplied—but not as specified and discussed.In the end, we are satisfied we contracted with BCU for the remodeling of our bathroom. They have a keen interest in customer satisfaction and we feel they would have rectified the problems with the cabinetry and countertops if we had insisted.

Pleasant workers, work efficiently done, really great result

We had a disaster in our home with a water line break and had several repairs to be done, including our bathroom. We hired Bath Crest to remodel the bathroom that had a lot of damage. They performed all of the needed repairs and replacements amazingly. The tile work, vanity, counter-top, etc., all turned out fantastic. Very, very satisfied with their service, skills, and helpfulness.

Bath Crest is a 5 star (or more) company. They did great work on my bathroom. The workers cleaned up everything each day. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I couldnt be more pleased with the results!
