Our company has worked with Master Brands for a long time for our logo apparel and Ive personally worked with them for over 9 years. They never fail to deliver on time and with quality products. From our sales rep, to the office manager and the great people in the front office and the back room they all work hard to deliver. Ive given them some tough deadlines, but they always come through for me. I highly recommend Master Brands.

Ill give them an extra star because the shirt quality is decent, but if you need anything quickly, or even need to talk to someone, you have a better chance of winning the lottery. Orders take months to process, and you get no updates on their website. If you email on a status, you will be ignored. If you call, the only thing they can tell you is Its processing. Such a joke.

I dont know how this place is in business. Been there twice, both times its been bad. Ryle (I think thats his name) help me both times. Messed up my order both times. Doesnt seem to know anything, very incompetent. All he does is ask one of the girls when you ask him a question. There is nothing on the shelves. Everything has to be ordered. Even common size popular pants.

As a vendor, Master Brands was easy to work with, they paid on time, and our first experience was excellent. I would do business with them again.
