You know we all skim through reviews, so when I went through the store’s one I was like 🙃. Anyways, head there during my lunch break and forgot my wallet! I asked the girl at the counter if she could pleaseeee hold it for the day till I was able to come back and when I finally came back lo and behold my bag was still there & when I asked if I could try some stuff now that I had a bit more of time (but they had like 40mins to close the store…) they still said ‘yeah sure go for it!’.Gaia and Cristiana (store assistants) were so lovely like I kid u not super friendly helpful patient kind. Had a fun time, looking forward to b back 🤘🏼

Normally this store gets a one star for the rude and disinterested staff, but this branch in the heart of Milan, felt more upbeat. It seems to attract every teenage girl for miles around and the place was packed with pretty young things all trying to loook different by buying the same clothes 😆 the aircon helped my mood on a really hot afternoon too.

The clerk is the worst ... after queuing in the locker room and having more clothes, I had to queue again. If she was willing to buy. In the same box, you were only interesting if you are going to pay. In the changing rooms it is very hot and the mirrors are out. Not very interesting and expensive clothes. But for tastes colors.

Entering the shop I choose some clothes but at 7.15 pm I was not allowed to enter the dressing rooms despite some girls trying on clothes.The saleswoman told me that at that time (45 minutes before closing) it was no longer allowed to try on clothes. Excellent products as always but very uncomfortable small shop on three floors, zero air conditioning and slow staff, we were at the cashier for 5 minutes because the cashier was talking to the colleague while she was taking care.

Nothing to say about the products and how they are presented, my daughter is crazy about them. Much to say about the adopted Anticovid protocol. Virtually zero. No control of inlet temperature or hand sanitation. Some salespeople wear masks, others keep it rolled up under the chin. Some customers do not have a mask (especially a family who spoke French) and no one intervened. This is not the case.

I agree with the previous reviews, very nice place but clothes really too expensive for their genre. I find it disadvantageous that almost all of the clothes are one size, a shop suitable mainly for girls without shapes ...Furthermore, in the dressing rooms there is not even a mirror that is on the outside and moreover it is covered by the people who are sitting waiting to try.

Big store with 3 floors and a lot of assortment, very rude, not polite, incompetent staff, since even though there are people in the queue at a single cash point, the checkout staff exchange words as they please before serving customers. Four shop assistants behind the counter talking about their business! None ready to help you out. I ask for a sweater and they tell me its finished. Mind that there are 6 pieces of that sweater in the window but they cant take it. Perhaps it is better if the person selecting the staff does their job better.

Really gross customer service.The orders are disinterested and absolutely not professional. It happened to me several times to go to the store and I always found them complaining about the work between them, not caring about the customers and indeed responding rudely to the requests. In addition I find it absurd that a chain in the center closes at 7.30pm, and that the orders decide to close the dressing rooms half an hour before that time, not allowing the last customers in the shop to try on the clothes. While finding nice clothes I will avoid coming back.
