Do not ever do business with this company. This company is a joke. I purchased a vehicle on July 22 of 2020 and I still do not have a title nor has the vehicle been registered in my name the company does not have a title. I’ve asked for my money back and was told there was no problem in getting my money back however their bank accounts are frozen. I have given this company five months to figure this out and stop lying and nothing has been done. The owner of the Company can’t even be bothered to answer his phone and speak with his customers he has his other employees handle it for him. I have been as patient as I possibly can with this company and unfortunately if my matters are not resolved by tomorrow at 5 PM I will be hiring an attorney. Save yourself the hassle keep your money don’t buy a lemon from this company you will regret doing business with them.

WORST company ever. Purchased the car thru Wastach Auto but they closed down and Aspire auto credit took over. I’ve paid my car on time for 4 years, it’s been paid off for 2 years now (Still no title), we’ll today my car was turned off out of nowhere. But like ALWAYS they don’t answer the phone. Whatever you guys do don’t go thru this BS company.

We finally decided to return the vehicle and get our money back. We recommend not to do business with them no matter what they might say. Awful experience that has taken a lot of time and been frustrating. If I could rate this 0 stars 🌟 I would. Worst experience Ive ever had from a dealership and I work at one and never would do people this dirty.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Ive paid all pmts on time. Ive been trying to pay balance off since April 2020 noone is in the office or answering the phone bc of COVID, when they do call they call from blocked #. Ive basically paid so now I owe under $50.00 but they wont even email me my exact payoff amount so I can get my title. This is absolutely ridiculous!

They’ve called me 5 times in 3 years telling me I’ve missed a payment when I have it automatically deducted from my account. They keep forgetting to reset the gps which kills my battery. And trying to get ahold of them is a joke. On hold for an hour and half this last time. Finally had to give up. Such an unprofessional company.

Been more than two months and we dont have the title or plates! We just filed a complaint with the mved today to try and get the title.

Ive been trying to contact them about my car payment and no one ever answers the phone. Ive left several voicemails and still have not heard back.

They rarely ever answer your phone call. I’ve tried calling numerous times to make my payment, but every single time I’ve been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. My car is turned off because I can’t get a hold of anyone to make my payment. Bogus.
