What a fantastic customer oriented business. So great to know these still exist. We were in our Motorhome in Salt Lake City UT and when we were ready to leave our left rear tire would no hold air. We called our RV road assistance but it would be over 5 hrs before they could get to us. The Park suggested we call Les Schwab. They were there in 30 minutes. Isiah found the issue right away and replaced the valve stem core and we were in our way. I cannot express how grateful and please we were with the service.

Made an alignment appointment for 5p, and they said it would take an hour. At 5:45, I checked on the progress and they hadnt even taken my car in yet. They said they could only take one car at a time for an alignment, and it has a domino effect if something is off with one car and makes every appointment after progressively later. Be more transparent so people dont waste their time.

Thanks everyone for helping me with my flat as I picked up a screw in my tire while I was on my way to the SLC Airport to visit grandkids. You had me in and out so fast, didnt miss our flight at all. Much appreciated!!! You guys are the best!

Well I liked them because my flat tire was only down the street from where they were and they only charged me half price of the for sending out a tech and they fixed it for free!

I dropped my car off around 2 and told them I wanted them to see if my flat tire could be fixed but if not to put on a new tire. I then picked out my tire and got a quote for around $160. I was told the car would be done by 430 pm. Then got a voice mail around 430 letting me know my tire could not be fixed and asking if I wanted them to put on a new tire. I call in and the female employee proceeds to tell me its going to cost my almost $600. When I tell her I only asked to have one tire replaced she tells me I need 3 new tires. I tell her I already told them to replace the one and she got condescending. I tell her my car was supposed to be ready at 430 and she told me to come in and it would be ready. When I got there at 530 my car was still sitting in the parking lot with the spare tire on it. The manager tried to say it was my fault and that they had been trying to reach me all day and the female I had talked to on the phone (who was on the phone with another customer) chimed in and said she told me the car would be started at 430. When I pointed out that it was 530 and my car was still sitting in the parking lot she quickly went back to the call she was on. Not one employee apologized and all tried to place the blame on me. I will never be going back to Les Schwab and neither will anyone I know.

Witnessed the manager take a rifle from his service truck and bring it up to what I assume is his office! Wow, keep that stuff in your home there are children in the waiting room and an employee is upstairs playing with a weapon.

Every time I go into Les Schwab, Im promptly greeted, made to feel welcome, treated with respect, and conversed with while they help me. I only needed my tires rotated this trip, and they got me in and out within a half hour - with no appointment. When they were finishing up, they let me know that I needed to start thinking about replacing my brakes, showed me how much was left on the pads, and sent me on my way with a quote, so I could shop around, or get additional quotes. I wish all repair shops were as friendly as Les Schwab. I dont need to shop around for brake replacement. Im just going to schedule an appointment in a month or two with Les Schwab.

Honest with me about the needs of my tires and wait times, also checked it for me after I had left and come back thinking something wasnt right. They explained everything thoroughly and made me feel important instead of a burden.

Derek was an absolute saint and an incredibly helpful! He came all the way out to my house to patch my tire and fill it back up with air. Since I didn’t have a spare Derek was an absolute lifesaver for me today and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I popped my tire coming off the Redwood road exit on 201 and went to the first parking lot I saw. I needed to be at work to make wires that save stroke victims lives and not having a lug wrench my wife came and took me to work and we left the damaged car in the lot. They not only had no problem with us leaving it there but when I returned after work after being asked if I could borrow a lug wrench they did it all for me. I told them that I could do it but they insisted. Pumped up my spare put it on and wouldnt take a penny for it. I found a new place to get my tires.

They were busy, but I still waited for them to check the front steering and suspension. They gave me a quote for the work that needs to be done. Im very happy with knowing and will come back for the work to be done.

Got here at 12:50pm to get a screw out of 1 tire and its 4:30pm almost 4 hours sitting here and still sitting here. The worst Les Schwab I have ever been too. And on top of it all they broke something while taking the tire off. Do not go here!

Les Schwab is always great. This location is no different. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very upfront pricing and never get add-ons that were never discussed. These guys are not just tires. If you have questions give them a call. I have never paid for a flat repair and this keeps me coming back for tires. I cant wait for covid to end because I miss the fresh popcorn!

Ive used this Les Schwab eight different times. Most of the time they do fast and quality work. A couple times I had to wait for almost an hour for an alignment and rotation, and one time the sales person tried to upsell me when I was buying tires, I get so tired of people trying to upsell me.

Good customer service but they missed my front pads being at 1mm. Had to have front pads, rotors and right side caliper replaced.

I went to this location today and used the Free Air Check for the first time. Ben was very friendly and took the time to explain why all 4 of my tires needed air. Thanks again to Ben and all of the other employees there. This is why I have been an exclusive customer of Les Schwab for years.Thanks Ben!

Got my rear upper control arms and rear shocks done by them. The price was great, much lower than I thought. I had been putting the repairs off for a long time to save the money up. When I finally went in and they told me the price, I handed them my card to pay because I saved up way more than I needed. My car rides so much better now and I wish I had done it sooner. As an added bonus, they even vacuumed out my hatch area. Something I had been dreading, and putting off doing for a while. Imagine my surprise when I raised my hatch the next day to put groceries in and I see clean carpet. That little added touch made my day. Their work was great, but such a small detail like that really made me happy with my decision to go there.

Went in for a front axle brake pad replacement. After I waited in the lobby without acknowledgement that I was even there as a customer for over 5 minutes while three people sat behind the counter I was told that it would take 3 hours and they only have one technician. I always heard good things about Les Schwab but it must not have been from this establishment. I would not recommend you take your vehicle here unless you want the job to take at least three times longer than it should. Terrible customer service and lack of strong work ethic.

Had a hole in my tire repaired. They were very professional and got me in and out quickly. Recommend coming in first thing in the morning to get a tire repaired or you may end up waiting longer.

Went in to get a new set of tires. They were very prompt and professional and helped explain the difference in prices and quality. Put the Open range A/T on my F-150 and absolutely love them. I dont know anything about tires so I was happy to have great customer service and they got the job done very quickly. Steve was a huge help and I will be back!

Worst experience ever!! I went in yesterday to get new tires on and as I was leaving my car sounded weird as I was driving and marked service brake assist and service stabiliTrak! I went back and they pretty much told me it wasn’t their fault and had to do with my engine when they obviously must of did something for it to mark that. I never had that problem and never had it mark that until after i got my tires on and so they took a look at it and gave me another quote for a front rear bearing!Please go somewhere else!!! Worst customer service and lied to my face saying it was my fault and it had been like for “while”. Now I’m super upset I paid a lot of money to get my tires on and came back home with problems that I didn’t even have... :(

I came in for an air pressure check and they found a nail in my back tire. They had me fixed up and on the road for $21 in about 45 mins. Not too bad. 🙂🙂🙂

My car right back tire has been giving me a hard time ...and on my way home i found these place ...witch i like ❤👌 they fill my tire with air ... They explain to me if that continues should i bring it back and to keep and eye on it ...they will check on the tire and fix it for 25 dls ...25dls ...dont seems bad et all to fixing a tired :) so yes i will came back next time ✌💯

Went to get rear brakes replaced on June 14th, 2021. Paid $523.65 for the service but they didnt actually do any work. About 450 miles later and the brakes are still grinding.

I was in the Market for new wheels and tires. Talked with Derek about options, he was very polite and professional. He gave us different tire options about what we were looking for without being pushy. We ordered new wheels and tires. We were taken care of right away. On the way home one of the wheels had a issue and started loosing air. We went to the Woods Cross location and made a call to Derek. He called the Kaysville store and had a new tire and wheel waiting for us. In all, we were very pleased with the service.

I had a flat on my 5th wheel trailer and the spare tire valve stem went bad. So two flat tires and stressed out a bit. The crew repaired both really quickly and got me back on the road. Awesome service!!!

Above and beyond customer service! After arriving at work today, I realized I had a flat tire and did not have the appropriate lug key to put on my spare. I called Les Schwab and they sent Cameron out to assist. Not only did Cameron put on my spare, but he assisted in getting a new tire replaced ASAP. Two And a half hours later we were leaving at a higher paid price than what was said on the phone and a Looonnnng wait time. —-Good thing we didn’t have to meet grandma in the ER cuz we would have missed it.Also went through two broken hub caps here a different time 😬

Awesome tire shop! I got a nail in my tire yesterday, luckily it didn’t go all the way flat. Had to get it fixed today and the only time I could get there was after work, around 5:45 pm. They were very friendly and attentive even though they were about to close. Bob answered my call earlier in the day, and helped me with the repair as well. He was very honest and helpful. The waiting area had popcorn, drinks and a TV. He didn’t charge me a dime, and he will be sending me a list of quotes to get new tires in the near future. Definitely recommend!!

I was traveling through Salt Lake City heading to Denver when I realized I had a flat tire, pulled into this Les Schwab in salt lake city, Derek ran to my car to greet me, he was very nice and friendly. He told me it would be 45 minutes to fix my tire. Once inside I was greeted by a friendly young woman at the counter after telling her I was traveling she not only had my tire fixed but did a total inspection on my car as well. Talk about fast, friendly service this is the place to be! Les Schwab is now my main tire store. Good job to you guys!

Dont bother making an appointment online with this location... it seems that they just put you right in the pool of other people waiting. I checked in right at the time of my appointment and they informed me it would take an 60-90 minutes to complete the job--a job that should take about 10-15 minutes. My car was finally taken back 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time was scheduled and the job ended up taking 15 minutes. 60 minutes later and I was left wondering why the appointment-scheduling system exists. Other than that, the work they did was good. Im a Les Schwab fan so I will always recommend their work and service.

They tried to charge me$15 for Dismount/ Mount Each Tire$32 to Balance Each Tire$26 Fee for bringing in my own new tires for each tire.

Fast and friendly, always helps our car a little farther than we got it in for. ( Checked all tire pressures not just the one we asked for)

Swapped some tires from one set of wheels to another. Was pretty expensive, other shops were cheaper quotes but I like the people here better. And I know they will do the job correctly.

They did fantastic work for me without an appointment and I was in and out before I knew it! I had to get a left front ball joint and an assembly done on sons car! I would highly recommend them! They are more than a 5 🌟 and very reasonable! Go there theyre excellent!!

Unfortunately I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. I have been in for several different items on my company truck and multiple times have left only to return. Although they are friendly and nice, the customer service and service in general could stand for improvement. I went in for a tire swap that took 1.25hrs! This is entirely to wrong. This work should have taken at most 20 minutes! I also had an issue when they changed my batteries. Upon getting back to my office I found that my key fob was not working. This was a chipped key and I could not lock my vehicle with either key. I had to take my truck into Ford who had to reset the computer system. They said that the truck had not been properly grounded out during the battery install and it messed with the computer. Just a word of advice, if you use this location be sure to ask lots of questions and hold them accountable for sticking to their time estimates and quality of work.

I have had good service at all the Les Schwab centers I have been to. But this location always gives me great service!I have sent multiple friends to this location as well and they all have had great experiences as well, the staff is awesome and they will do anything to make sure you get the best service possible. I live 30 minutes away now and still go to this location because of the great service they provide.

Due to a silly (may I say stupid) issue with our new-to-us car, we ended up at Les Schwab once more! There were things that needed to be worked out, insurance to be worked with, & some issues to tidy up even after the main work was done. I appreciated all the hard work they put into making our car better. We especially appreciated Bobs attention to detail in being sure our car was coming back to us in good condition!

THE BEST service I have ever received from a tire shop. These guys were so reasonable, and got my tire fixed lightening fast! I thought the bolt in my tire was going to completely ruin my day but they had me back up and running in about 20 minutes and didnt break my bank.Thank you Les Schwab, I will be back for all my tire needs in the future!!

I had gone to this location for a valve stem replacement. I was satisfied with the visit until i noticed one of the valve stem caps was missing. These werent the original ones that came with the vehicle but ones i had purchased for my car. When my boyfriend talked to the manager to have it returned, they showed no interest in looking for it in the back and werent concerned with replacing them either.

Very nice people. I didnt have to wait to talk to someone. They were very fast at changing my tire. They gave me options and price quotes before doing any work. Awesome!

I came in for a simple tire pressure check that takes about 5 minutes. I waited almost over an hour and my car still hasnt even been taken back the staff seems decently nice but had not bothered to be in communication about the wait or why they are running behind. If you are comfortable waiting then you are more than welcome too but if you are not I would suggest going some where else. I decided to leave and probably will not come back.

Stopped in at this Les Schwab location yesterday. Justin greeted me with a smile, asked some pertinent questions, and got my car right in. I have a smaller car that sits low to the ground, and with the amount of snow and ice weve had, ripped off the skid plate and a fenderwell. The fenderwell was barely hanging on and I asked Justin and Francisco (who was awesome and extremely helpful) if they could fix it. They were very honest with me and said that this would be something that was really in their wheelhouse to replace. However, they both gave me some very viable options on how to get replacement parts and how to go about fixing the issue(s) for good. They also patched up what they could with zip ties to get me by! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Justin and Francisco hands down made my day! Great people, that truly represented Les Schwab principles and customer service! Great Job and keep it up!

Valerie is an awesome individual! As soon as I called about a problem I had with my tire from a different tire shop she told me to come right in and they’d take a look! She has excellent customer service skills and I only hope any new employees will follow her amazing example! I will be coming to this location from now on

Fantastic place. I used to be a big o customer, but because of the way I was treated a month ago, I have been coming here since. They replaced my tire in speedy fashion and it was much less than the other place. I will be coming to the 2100s and redwood location from now on. The store is clean and employees are nice. Travelled down from BC on holidays with the folks, wore a tire due to alignment and they blew a tire on the RV. Dad didnt make it to the front door and someone already had the flat RV tire rolling into the shop. Had my car in getting all four done and the alignment before I could get back to the parking lot for my sun glasses. Great service! Prices....were ok suppose well see what kind of product I get. These guys at the 2100 south redwood Rd. Pull a huge scam on me that caused me to have the worst day of my life. Went in for a flat repair with a coupon. I dont think someone didnt like me not paying any money so they sabataged my tire. When I got off work at 4:30am ( cause I work nights ) after a 12hr shift my tire was completely flat. Come to find out these guys changed my tire valve and they didnt have to and the didnt change the tire pressure monitor sensor and just tried to jam the tire valve stem in the valve. Well it went flat because of a slow leak caused by that valve stem.So after all morning of running around trying to find some spot to fill up the tire, got it filled and went to find out what the hell happened. I rolled up to Les Schwab and low and. Behold the very guy that helped me was in work. But he told me I had to wait for a tech to get in. Long story short, he told me that I needed a new sensor and it shouldve been installed last night. If that were the case I would have told them I cannot afford that right now. But now I didnt have a choice, I cant prove that this was so e elaborate scheme..... But u just know.

We were on our way out of town for the Thanksgiving weekend, when we hit something in the road and got a flat tire. We called Les Schwab 3 minutes before they closed in hopes that they would have mercy on us. Cameron said to limp it in, and well wait for you. When we got there, they were happy to help. Cameron took the time to explain our options, and we got 4 new tires. They got right on it, and had us back on our trip in no time. Les Schwab has a new customer for life! Thank you Cameron and your team! You saved our Thanksgiving!

It took them twice as long as they said. They dont rebalance your tires after fixing flats. And they only put 35 lb of pressure in tires when they call for 44. And they deflated the tires they didnt work on to 35 lbs. And it was pretty expensive. Should of went to Big O.

Love these guys!Stopped in a week ago because of a low tire pressure light. They got my right in and fixed the problem.This morning my light was back on.
