Edit: Management and staff were able to accommodate and help me fix my issues. That goes a long way for costumer and is more than most mechanics would do. Hence, I changed my review to 5/5 stars.Before: Came in because of sound car was making. After watching countless videos online and getting feedback from a mechanic friend in Florida, I knew for sure the problem was the CV joint which is around $160/each for my Scion tC. They took my car out for a test drive and took a look at it and they said it was the suspension so they changed the Struts ($700 total plus $300 labor). I left with my car in a worse condition than I brought it in since they misaligned my driving wheel, a BRAKE light came on the dashboard, and still my CV axle was messed up. I went in the following business day and again they looked at it and oops.. it was the CV axle. This time they did the proper work and charged me $540 for parts and labor. So total Im down about $1500 when I should have only paid $540. Also, my tires are so misaligned I have to go spend another $150 to get them aligned... which they DONT DO in this location. I have a 2008 Scion tC which isnt too complicated of a vehicle.The employees, mechanics, and staff have great costumer service qualities thats why I give them 2 stars rather than 1.I will be getting reaching out to corporate.

The employee that assisted me was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and fixed the issue. I now have a cool car in 97-100 degree Fahrenheit weather. Thank you. After paying in the lobby, the employee even walked me out to my car and opened my car door for me. I really enjoy Jiffy Lube’s services and appreciate their customer service.

Keaton was so professional and helpful! I came into this location in an emergency - my car was overheating and told me to stop immediately. Keaton took a look at it and was able to inform me on all the actions to take & insured it was safe to drive. He spent the next day checking everything again and even offered transportation home. I showed up this morning just needing an Oil change and these gentleman and lady absolutely crushed the customer service portion of the process. Their smiling faces from beginning of the experience to the end, an amazing staff and not mention an incredible sense of urgency! I live out in park city, and this is where I come for an oil change because they are an outstanding business. Will continue to return, but beware of the craziness because they get busy fast!!!! (That’s definitely a good thing! Lol)

Went there for my emissions and a quick oil change. It’s always chaotic at this location but this time I had things stolen from my truck during the service. I didn’t want to accuse anybody so I went home and cleaned and searched my whole truck to still have items missing. Nothing of true value just a gift card and an electronic cigarette. I’m not upset about the money but I won’t trust my vehicle to them ever again after 4 years of going there. Called and talked to the manager Connor who yelled out while on the phone “hey did anybody steal stuff from this guys truck” then told me nobody did and that was the end of it. A total loss of $30 maybe but won’t trust them again for services.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Consuela and the rest of the Team today, for not only being courteous towards my usual oil change but also making it aware that I had 2 bad tires that needed replaced asap. I travel state to state and tomorrow I would have been back on the road and would have never known how bad the tires were if it wasnt for their help and great attitudes! Around 2 PM today I took my vehicle in for the oil change that was due from ‘Jiffy Lube’ reminder sticker in my window. The generic oil change along with checking my air filter, transmission fluid steering fluid battery water, transfer case, & coolant bottle. However arriving home a couple hours later but only notice @ 8 PMan oil puddle under my vehicle!!! Leaking On my brand new concrete!!!Of course the store is closed I’ll go back after I get off work!!,This really ticks me off!!!This type of thing can be prevented just by having the supervisor do one last walk-through to be sure everything is complete!!!Like tightening down the things they touched- ANYWAY A few years back a similar issue HAPPENED someone failed to double check the work performed on another generic oil change - that time was a filter rattled and made noice something not heard before!! I took it down they fixed the oops and on my way… I don’t normally complain on social media but I felt this was necessary because in the past a similar thing . So please please check your work double check it to prevent something like this happening again. Suz

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.I had my oil changed at this location (9 W 3300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84115). After getting my oil change, I started to drive and I was like a mile away on the busy road that my tire check pressure light came ON and eventually my car started to vibrate. I stopped at a nearby place and looked at my tire. There was a cut on my tire and it was flat. Somehow, slowly I was able to drive it back to the same location.The employee who worked on my car looked at it and I told him that something happened at your location. Car was good when I drove to Jiffy Lube. Something happened at Jiffy lube that my tire is now flat and you must replace it. He called up his manager and they had a discussion after which he told me that either the manager or the regional manager will look into the camera on Sunday and then they will decide. Meanwhile, he started misbehaving and making me lose my calm. I was really patient till the time he was nice. He started blaming that someone on the road cut your tire. Your tire is old and it happened because of that and all the reasons just to avoid the issue. He went on and on and on. I had to then raise my voice and ask him that  are you even listening to yourself. Over here, I am concerned and he is putting blame on the tire and other people. On a busy main road, no one can or will slit a tire with a knife. There were cars all over the road. That back tire was in good condition as all my tires were replaced within past years, whereas your employee was like this tire is more than six years old. At the end, he told me the manager will call me back and he replaced my flat tire with a spare tire.Not even once the Manager or Regional Manager, I guess named Connor tried to reach out to me. I have been calling since Sunday and all I get to hear is that he will call you back as he is busy.Seriously? Someone is facing trouble and all you got is this behavior? Is this customer service you provide? From misbehaving employees to mismanagement of the leaders? It was the managers responsibility to take action and get back to me after conducting their investigation or whatever they wanted to look into. He could have given a courtesy call that I am looking into the matter and I will get back to you as soon as possible.This is highly irresponsible behavior. Please put yourself in my shoes and then think of how frustrating it can get for someone. I had to literally write this email because I got tired of calling them again and again.On top of that, the team there provided an incomplete service. As a part of the service, window cleaning, interior cleaning, and other services were not performed. I knew my wiper blades were not in a good condition and the initial response was that everything is good. On asking again, they told me that the left wiper needs to be replaced. This indicates a poor service again.This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and the last time. I have never experienced this kind of poor service and the worst customer service.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE.

Terrible service!! I would give zero stars. I got my brakes replaced and less than a month later I had brake issues again. Brought my car back and the mechanics were rude and not helpful. I had to really persist that this was their issue and they needed to fix my brakes. After finally taking my car in, they said they would call me when the work was done. I waited 5 hrs, heard nothing, finally went back to check on my car and they said, oh sorry we didnt call, we lost your phone number, but your car has been done for a while . Aweful. Before I even left, I double checked that they had my number in their computer (which they did). How did they lose it?? Definitely dont go here! Save yourself time and money.

The guys here are the best. I came in for only an emissions test, while I waited for my turn I asked them to check fluid levels and to check if there were any leaks. They noticed the drain plug was missing a gasket. I was thinking Id just get one next oil change then. These guys hooked up a vacuum to keep the oil in and pulled the plug to add it. There was no reason to go that far above for me.I decided to go get my other car as it needed an oil change and emissions. It was near closing time but they assured me it wasnt a problem for them. They noticed I needed a new belt and ran to another store to get one even though they should have been closed, and I was willing to return the next day. They took care of both cars and my needs to go to the DMV. So it saved me hours by stopping here.

The staff was pretty good, besides one, Her name is Osuala (she’s one of the shop supervisors) and I definitely don’t think she should be one. One kid had finished his part of the job on lower bay so he asked her for more responsibility and she yelled at him. Super unprofessional in front of the customers. If anything make the kid ( I think his name is bash) the shop supervisor. She walks around with attitude, don’t think that should be representing this shop.

We came in this morning after having a horrible experience at the jiffy lube on 4949 south state in Murray where the staff where so unprofessional did not open on time and reeked of cigarettesmoke and acted like they where put out to perform an oil change .When we cam to this location we where immediately met by Consuelo Garcia she checked us in and had our service performed in a timely manner and was at the highest of customer service from start all the way to the cashier Lyndsey Vence was A+ i highly recommend this Jiffy lube location over and above all that we have been to in the salt lake valley.. It was nice to feel like people actually gave a damn about customer service ..very refreshing they should teach the store on 4949 south how to take care of customers first ...Thank you to the staff at 3300 south 9 W Salt Lake City i will refer all may family and business associates.. we give your store 5 stars if i could give 10 stars I would

Came to get fuel filters changes in my work service truck, the guy took absolutely forever. The guys name was Sebastian. I saw him get in his car and leave with out saying a word. I thought maybe he went to grab a part which you should have parts on hand before you start service on someone’s vehicle but when he got back he didn’t have any parts in his hands. Seems like he took a lunch break in the middle of changing my fuel filters! Then once he got back he knocked over the filter on the ground where there’s dirt and debris all over and didn’t try to clean it or nothing and put it in my vehicle. The same thing with the rubber o ring for the filter as well. This place is a complete joke do not come here!!!

My check engine light came on right after I got my oil changed here. I brought my car back and they said “everything was tight” so there was nothing they could do. Next, I had my boyfriend look at my car - he tightened the oil cap and my check engine light turned off and everything was fine.I feel like at the very least they should be able to properly tighten an oil cap. I won’t be trusting them with my car again.

Customer service? Non existent. Employees walk right past you without even acknowledging you. I dont know if I should expect much since theyre just car mechanics, but I was left in the lobby for 10 mins with no help or guidance, until finally the manager came in (who was obviously high), mumbled a bunch of words, took a sip of a monster and told me I couldnt pay until I send my car through.I didnt expect to spend 30 mins waiting for confirmation on an oil change. left a bad taste in my mouth.

Brought in a GMC truck for an oil change, tire rotation and to replace the air filter. They were very busy, mostly friendly but definitely lacked attention to detail and need to work on time management. One issue I had was that I brought in a company truck in the middle of my work day and was there for over 2 hours. The truck has our company name all over it, my shirt has our company name on it, a little heads up would have been great. They also did a brake pad replacement without telling me the insane price! I had grabbed a Fleet Solutions business card while I was there to set up our company and vehicles. Needless to say, I laid that card back down. Definitely will not be back.

Not bad on price but not great either. Just couldnt get into Master Muffler fire another two hours. They will try to sell you on all kinds of things wrong saying its bad and according to your mileage you need to do this and that. Just do oil. They top off your other fluids for free. Then get the hell out.

Ive been to several jiffy lube locations. Ive never been terribly impressed. This location however did much better than I was expecting and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with everything. They asked questions before just doing stuff and even let me know that Id left tools under my hood instead of just stealing them like a different location has in the past. Easily my favorite experience with jiffy lube. I will probably even go back a few times which is saying something considering I have had a long term hatred for jiffy lube.

Although they did feel a tad slow today, I still had good service. Being able to renew right after emissions is wonderful and saved me dmv time. The pricing of emissions has gone up to 50$ since safety is no longer required. This feels like a major price gouge and is the only reason for my 4 star

Was actually a pretty good experience, the gentleman that helped was awsome and they actually reset the change oil code that I normally have to do myself which was relieving. The bad was there were only 2 cars that were ahead of me and was told 45 min, I know never to go off the estimated time but I was actually there for an hour and a half which to me is a long time with only 2 people ahead of me. Ill chalk the bad up as maybe they ran into some unexpected issues and will defenatly use them again. See ya next time!

I went in with my girlfriend to get her registration renewed. We realized she needed her safety and emissions done as well. In the meantime I needed to run another errand. I left thinking Jiffy Lube would take care of her as they are usually pretty good. When I left, they told her she needed to top off her coolant which costs a ridiculous $9 (you can get a full container of coolant for 5 bucks) and told her she needed a new cap for her coolant tank (she doesn’t). They also tried talking her into buying new summer tires (she just got new all season tires 3 months ago) and winter is not over guys! Come on seriously! Stop taking advantage of your customers and just help with what they actually need. It’s not that difficult to show some integrity. Least to say we will not be returning.

I went there today to rotate the tires and what they did, they damaged my tire and it’s flat now, I am sure they did that on purpose after I refused to let them change the oil.. the short skinny blonde man with beard along with the new trainee who asked me about my insurance to rotate the tires. I went in to have my oil changed in November. The guy performing the service specifically told me that they were out of winter oil but summer oil would be just fine. He mentioned that the summer oil would be thicker but shouldnt cause any problems. Now my car is throwing an cold start timing error because the oil is too thick. I did some research and having the wrong thickness of oil can actually reduce the longevity of your engine! I called to complain and the guy had lied on my invoice. He documented that he put the correct oil! Now they wont correct the oil that is in my engine. I even just got a call from the manager asking who my mechanic was. THAT DOESNT MATTER! They should have just put the right oil in my vehicle instead of trying to justify or cover up their mistake. This place is untrustworthy and very shady. Save your self the time and money by going somewhere else. On a side note, youre not getting a bargain here. Most expensive place Ive taken my car to.

Everyone is running around cars arent being greeted in timely matter. Dont like what Im seeing at all. See if they change my mind after service. When I got new tires for my truck I was told by Big O that I needed all new pads and rotors. I went to this Jiffy Lube to get a second opinion. Here they checked everything out, for free, and told me I was good to go. In stead of ripping me off, they told the truth. I will do all of my business with them from now on.

Theyre very good at what they do, and charge a fair price. I always go there for oil changes as well as car inspections and emissions. They do the licensing right there at the shop, so I dont have to wait in line at the DMV. They also have me free top-offs and check the air in my tires any time I ask.

Terrible Customer Service! Went for simple service of checking a tire. I was told they were to busy. Only 1 bay was being used of four. It was 4 days ago a spent $250 dollars at this same location. Usually jiffy lube is a great place but dont come to this location. The guy burped in my face as I got out of my car to let him pull it into the stall. There were only two other people in the waiting room when I got there but somehow it took more than an hour to have an emissions test done.

Ok I normally dont post negative reviews, but this one I will. I went in to get an oil change and it took over an hour to get it done. Now, I know the way these places work. I know its all about upselling. So I wasnt surprised to have the attendant tell me everything that was wrong with my car, and all the fluids that needed to be replaced and the hundreds of dollars I could have spent there. But what really got me frustrated was when I heard the attendant tell a lady before me that her tires wouldnt pass safety inspection, I really saw through things. Utah did away with safety inspections over a year ago

Came in for my emissions test and an oil change. They found I needed a belt replaced, and I had a rock chip. The got the belt ordered and rushed over to replace it ( I was there for an hour, tops) and they called my insurance and got everything done so I could get the rock chip fixed. (I had to wait on insurance, I went home and they called me like an hour later saying OK). Later in the day I went back to have my chip fixed and they were totally awesome! Even put water repellent on my windshield for free! These guys, and gal are amazing. Will definitely be back!

Long wait- was quoted a different price over the phone vs what was told in the shop. Went in for oil change, the guy informed me that I had to change the filter for the ac/heater, which was nice. The lobby was freezing, couldve offered some space heaters etc. Overall, Ill prob make sure to shop around for cheaper rates.

Worst customer service EVER! There was 1 vehicle on their bay. I pulled in to ask to have the air checked in my drivers front tire. Not only was there a wait to be addressed, it was like I had asked for a full service oil change. As the manager was outside smoking, he says to the tech. Im busy, its gonna be 20 minute wait. With several techs inside & out there was 1 vehicle in the bay. I would think that 1 person could check the air pressure in 1 tire. Not possible for 20 minutes or atyee the manager finishes his cigarett??Being a less busy time of day, no vehicles waiting nor anyone actually working; you would think checking the air would be manageable.If youre looking for good service & fast service.... do not look at this jiffy lube!!! They are RIDICULOUS

I am very glad the last person posted this I have been waiting for about 20 minutes for my vehicle to be serviced and as I was waiting a gentleman arrived in a vehicle and almost immediately the service member started attacking him verbally why I do not know I had my family in my vehicle also from what I could see this man was very adversarial in his mannerisms towards this young man. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere if this is the way service members at this service center treats their customers. I had to drive 5 miles somewhere else to a different location that welcomed Me by opening the door for me when I arrived and got in my vehicle promptly to have it serviced. I hope they fire that service member I believe his name was Joshua that was trying to throw this other gentleman off property for nothing. That is no way for anyone to act towards their customers I will never bring my vehicle back here again.

Went in today for emissions and vehicle registration and they were extremely fast, I was in and out in 20 minutes and didnt even need to go to the DMV. Very impressed with their speed and kindness. I will be going back.I did get a weird phone call afterwords though asking for my feedback on my experience and I didnt love that. But the work I asked them to do was great, so Im still giving 5 stars.

Service work was bad. Customer service was good. I took my truck in for a safety inspection. A mechanic beat on my drum brake for 20 minutes with a mallet before I went out to find out what was going on. At that point a manager came out and showed the mechanic how to use the proper tool to remove the drum easily. They determined my pads and drums were fine for safety but should be replaced soon. They offered me a discount to do it there since they had taken an hour to do the safety inspection and beaten on my truck. The discount was large enough that I decided to give them another shot. When I went back the manager gave me a ride home in his personal car so that I would not have to wait around for the service. When I came to pick up my car I had to wait another 45 minutes even though I was told it was ready to go when i called ahead to check. They explained that they had not adjusted the brakes correctly the first time so they were redoing them while I waited. When I took the truck home the parking brake no longer would hold my truck in place as it used to on the slight hill in front of my house. I took it back and they redid their work at no charge. I was told this time it was the best they could adjust the brake. However, while the parking brake is a little better it still does not work very well. I asked the dealership what was going on. They told me the brakes still needed to be adjusted much closer for the parking and regular brakes to engage properly.
