Horrible! I went in put on a face mask but did not have it up. I got harrassed by two workers on each side of me they cornered me. I had to put my hand out to signal dont come any further. I am horrified by the way I was treated by staff. Cornering people to make them wear a face mask is not a way to go about this. I will not be spending money at Sallys again. I also will be telling everyone I know how I was treated. I was asked to leave and I left peacefully. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES BY THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!

I go often to this store. The employees are very unknowable about ethnic hair so I assume thats why they never heard of a product that is used to detangle among other things. This product has been out for many years. You need people concerned to help everyone. .

The girls that work at this location are very FRIENDLY and Assisted me with everything I needed. I went in and wasnt sure what to do with my hair and the Store Manager Maria took her time to help make sure I was getting what I wanted . I visited other sallys and the customer service here is great. 5 Star

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. I’ve never felt so discriminated for wanting to return a item.I went to this location in regards to find a trimmer for my father. His trimmer was still working but he had lost his charger and just wanted to purchase a new one. So we went to Sally’s to buy a new trimmer. As we walked in I was greeted by the cashier and she asked if we needed help I said yes and showed her my fathers trimmer and she went to the aisle and grabbed what appeared to be the trimmer we had. We stayed at the cash wrap and Went ahead and purchased the item which was $140. 20 mins later got home and noticed it was a cordless charger and called to return the item if then didn’t have the wire chargeable one. the lady on the phone said all sales are final on trimmers and I explained to her that at the bottom of the receipt it said “if the trimmer was unused and in original package the they will return or exchange” she then said okay come on in. I drove back to the store and same lady that was older was waiting at the door like she was blocking us and we couldn’t come in. She tried to explain to me at the door that all sales were final on the trimmers and grabbed the bag and receipt and turned it to the back of the receipt and started to read the return policy. Then I turned to the front of the receipt that said if unused and in original package then they can do a refund or exchange and then she said ohhhhh.... I grabbed the bag and went to go look to see if they had anything that we can exchange for but they didn’t. The lady that grabbed that trimmer was saying that there are signs everywhere about how all trimmers are final. I told her we didn’t even move past the cash wrap to see these signs and you were the one that grabbed the trimmer not us. Then the other older lady who stopped us at the door was opening the trimmer and said oh no this isn’t the one that is on the box. I immediately was like we never touched the trimmer and we were looking for the cord once we noticed that it was not in there we called and talked to you that this was not the trimmer we wanted. They kept saying this was not the trimmer on the box and we have to have a manager look into this. I expressed to both women that we did not touch anything in that box that now I feel like they are making accusations that we did something or switched something out. I’ve never in my life been accused of anything like this. They explained how they can lose their jobs and that we needed to come back to the store tomorrow when Maria the manager was there. My mother went back to the store and without even hearing what had happen Maria the manager said the same thing “we cannot return trimmers” so my mom left the trimmer on the counter with the receipt.I will NEVER shop at Sally’s for this reason. I will inform all my friends and family to never go shopping there again!....Very disappointed and hurt by my experience there.

The locations are small. Public distances were impossible. We shuffled by people with our backs to them. Staff were friendly & we love Sallys. Also curbside pick up is available.

Worst Sallys ever. I went to purchase a trimmer and the employees handed me the trimmer and I didnt even go to the back of the store to get it I stayed at the register and THEY HANDED IT TO ME. And when I went to my car I opened it and it was not the same as the box and not the same as my purchase either. When I told them they were being really aggressive and dis not read there policy right because it says I can return it if it was not used and it WAS NOF USED. and they told me I was wrong soo they dont even know there own policy which worried me. Worst Sallys.

CHAZ IS INCREDIBLE!!!!He was helpful and amazing!! When I walked in and said, “I want this” and showed him a picture he made it happen!! I came all the way down from Ogden to this store to see Chaz. This is the kind of wonderful, fun, and helpful environment all Sally stores should have!!

4/19 Sunday 12:45 pm . Curbside pick up will take multiple efforts for them to answer your call (or might not answer), even though they are just sitting down inside hanging out not doing anything. I recommend trying Sally in Sugarhouse or go to any other competitor like target for your supplies.

Honest informational review here!This store is TINY and thus doesnt have the range of products that other locations have. Plus its awfully hard to get around in even when no one else is there. On the plus side, I have always found the customer service to be outstanding. As for products, there are some great ones and some failures. Always do your research before purchasing anything from anywhere. Prices are moderate as with any Sallys.

Mixed bag. Sometimes I go here and barely get a nod from the employees working there. Other times they are super helpful. Went there recently and they had randomly closed the store 15 mins early. Annoying because I made the trip for nothing.

I normally dont do reviews but I was really turned off by the employees at this location. 2 young girls were sitting on the counter gossiping about a customer that had just left the store and several other customers they had experienced. They were loud and unprofessional to the point where I just walked out. I work retail and get that customers can be obnoxious but there is a time and a place and it should never be while other customers can hear. They didnt once offer a customer any service while in the store
