They are very patient with clientele here. I love that they are open until 7:30 pm Monday thru Friday. They are open until 2 pm on Saturdays.

Was told I could pick up package after 8pm. Called ahead to make sure because hours posted said 730pm close. They said it was fine and there will be someone here to release package. Came after eight and was told I couldn’t pick up Xmas present for my wife. Had to come back in the morning. Not sure what was the exact issue but definitely lead to my dissatisfaction.

Tracking information said delivered but there was no package to be found. When I called several times I was just put on hold indefinitely. Thanks fed ex.

Horrible service talked to customer support and hang up on me when I wasnt finished. All I want to do is pick up my package but nothing. I PAID $5 FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING AND THEY CANT JUST LEAVE IT ON MY DOOR JUST EXCEPTION.

Do yourselves a favor, anyone that uses FED EX is nuts. Their drivers are horrible, I am commenting on the one in Rumbley Maryland and Upper fairmount, no more orders from them.

The gentleman who helped us was very helpful and polite. We had a very large and heavy package and he was helpful in completing the process.

Waiting for a package yesterday, expressed shipped. Said we were closed....such incompetence! Oh and your 1-800 number said the Salisbury office was closed today, that’s why we didn’t get a redeliver???? Wow
