Exceptionally nice people, but they do to boxes what the Movies do to popcorn. Two boxes cost me 21.50! Not big or hard to find sizes either. 20x17x5 inch box was 10.25. I looked at Walmart just now, less than $2. That is one hell of a mark up, UPS. Good thing youre better than FedEx in every possible way.

Thieves - they unfortunately ship for local auction houses, if you item goes in, it doesnt come out. Avoid at all costs.

I Dropped a package for delivery I was told that because of an issue with the printing of the label that I wouldn’t be able to track my package by THIER employee, but that my receipt would be proof that I sent the package. I went back in to see if we could reprint the label so that we could track it and have proof when the package was delivered (for payment purposes) where the employee’s then rolled their eyes and whispered about me while I was on the phone with my husband trying to tell him what they said. They talked to me like I was stupid and left feeling as such. I usually have great experiences with this store, but will not continue at this location after today.

I came here to send a box of winter clothes and shoes to a friend whose house has just burned down. She lost her fiancé and one of her dogs to the fire as well. Literally everything. The manager overheard me and UPS covered the shipping. I would have paid anything, but I am so touched by their kindness. I have always come to this UPS even though it’s not the closest to my house because they are quick and knowledgeable and I will continue to come here because of their humanity. ❤️❤️❤️

Stay away from this place if you want to ship overseas. First shipment had issues at customs. An owner promised to take a look at it and call me back. Never did. Second shipment - the owner went into his closet, filled out the paperwork that resulted in a very high customs duty paid by the receiving party for a personal shipment that should not be taxable. Awful.

This place is extremely professional and caring. Every time I go there (which is quite a bit) I’m greeted and takin care of to the fullest extent. Will be a life long customer and supporter of this store.

The general manager Milt is superior! I use their service with large shipments almost every week and every time he sees me come in, he rushes to help me carry large boxes inside. He definitely gives great customer service. Although, I cant say that about the other employees, they seem to roll their eyes when they see me come in with 10 large boxes.

I love going there, no matter if I have to mail something or need a copy or get something faxed, everyone is always so kind and sweet. You can see the owner cares about her employees. We need more work places like this.

12/23 update: Owner emailed me and rushed items Thursday night. They arrived Friday. He made up for previous lousy service. Thank you very much.---I won items in auction. Still waiting... just for a CALL BACK!!! Ive called them multiple times. First time was Friday 12/16. Woman said Were very busy right now, call back. I called Monday 12/19. Went straight to their voice mail, all day long. I called back today, Wednesday 12/21. Woman says Its our busy time of the year, well get to it. She didnt even take my name. Terrible customer service. How do you expect to keep customers?

Not a full service UPS store. Walked into the store hoping to ship a package for work and was informed that this store wont deal with accounts. When asked to be pointed in the direction of the next, local UPS option was rudely informed that there may be a box nearby...Im not going to look it up for you because you arent giving me any business.

Have been here several times and have always been in and out quickly with no problems. Even when it seems like there is a line the staff is on it to keep things moving.

Wow...... is all I can say about the service in this store. I went there to have a vintage guitar packed and shipped. The cost for both services was way under, compare to what I was quoted by another shipping outlet. The guy (Mario) told me exactly what it would cost to pack n ship before hand. Owner is great! Unfortunately UPS is pathetic. UPS deliveries are late or missing. So disappointing when online sellers dont offer FedEx or USPS delivery options.

This is what I and maybe others do not understand... Why the Salisbury MD Costumer Service Facility on Northwood Drive does not open for costumers at normal business hours??? On the web they claim the are open from 9:30am to 10:30 and then 12:30pm to 6:00pm. But the truth is they are not open till 12:30pm. You drive across town to get something shipped or pickup at 9:30 just to find out the are not open. If you ask me, that is very inconvenient.

Do yourself a favor and ship elsewhere this office is by far the most disorganized, unprofessional business I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. From the employees to the manager and all the way to the UPS Store Corporate Office. They are great at losing your insured package and not honoring your insurance claim. I had been diplomatic with them for over 4 months to get my claim processed only to find out they refuse to pay for the loss while in their possession. After providing documented photo evidence, paperwork, and various other evidence, they continue to never return phone calls. The manager give a babe in the woods routine to shift blame, and their corporate office treats you like you are a second class citizen. As a result I have had to retain an attorney to further seek my losses from this unfortunate issue. BE WARNED THEY ARE HIGHLY DISREPUTABLE.

The owner Milt was unbelieveably nice and knowledgable. I recommend this UPS store to everyone. If you dont believe me go see for yourself!

Im sure its a normal UPS store, but I had to take a box to Seaford (I live in Salisbury) today because they are closed, despite having Saturday hours. Sign on door just stating they were closed - I assume for the rain? Just frustrating.
