We are very satisfied with Dover Pools in Salisbury, MD we bought in early spring. We purchased an above ground pool with salt and everything about the process was great. All of their employees are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.We live on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and they do not provide installation services there. However, they did recommend an installer JRServices in Norfolk, VA. They were able to schedule the install and did an excellent job.

Called ahead to inquire about chlorine tabs. Phone staff was super nice and sold me the last bucket over the phone. When I picked up later in the day, staff was just as nice in person. The store is neat and well stocked, prices are competitive, staff is knowledgeable. I’min town visiting from southeast PA; I’ll make this my pool supply place from now on. The local shops near my home are the absolute WORST on all areas. Rude staff, stores are cluttered messes, prices are through the roof. Dover Pools - Salisbury has a new customer. Me!

Gail Miller expedited the installation of a new liner and follow up adjustments the following season. The materials and service exceeded my expectations in view of all the turmoil of political virus and climate disappointments. Thank you Dover Pools and All Pools….I will surely recommend you given the opportunity.

After checking online for a new filter for my pool, I purchased one from Dover Pools Salisbury. Price was better staff was great, incredible customer service and very friendly. This my go to pool supply store.

Very good stock but WAY TOO OVER PRICED. 25 pounds of 65% active Ingredient in their chlorine granules at Dover Pools $94...Same Active Ingredient at Sams Club $108 for 50 POUNDS OF 99% of the same identical active ingredient... Twice as much volume and 31% stronger = 162% more product....Not even a second guess...Sams even delivered 50 pound bucket of chemicals in just 2 days. Ordered Saturday delivered on Monday. Everything at Dover Pool is much cheaper online.

Nice people but one of the mangers like to over price when it comes to parts for pools and hot tubs. I called the other dover pools on the same parts and the prices were way lower.

Fyi- you can not go in store at this time. If you sit out front and call, they will get your order for you HOWEVER....asking for items pricing is a little fustrating for all because 1 person is ringing up on phone and someone is pulling what your asking for. Kelcie & Brad are doing what they can with new way of orders so...guess we all should breath :)

Employees are always nice. I went in to get some sand for my sand filter and the younger gentleman cashier offered to put it in my car for me (its a 50lb bag). Nice and clean store with lots of cool pool stuff!

Excellent service over this past week as I opened our pool. Im new with using a DE filter and had to replace our filter and pump. If they had not made the modification to the pump, Im sure my pool wouldnt be running right now! I also like that they support veterans! Thank you Dover Pool!

I have been coming in with my sister for years because I help her take care of her pool we didn’t open the pool last year due to lack of funds..... but this year we opened it up to a mess kelsie and her sister have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are well taken care of......we came into the store yesterday and there was a line out the door and they still helped us by explaining thoroughly how to get rid of our Algee problem!......... They laugh and joke with their customers like everyone’s family and we saw them working together as a team to make sure everyone was taken care of.....I would wait in line for hours for these girls’ help! In years past they have been a blessing to us .....Good job kris for raising such kind girls with knowledgeable minds........

Really friendly customer service. Go-to place for all my pool supplies and questions. Bring a sample of your pool water and they will be able to tell you exactly what you need to get that water sparkling clear.

I bought a pool. I guess we will see how the service is soon.That was June 25th its now Aug 5 and except for checking my water twice I havent had any interaction with the Salisbury store because they never answer the phone. Not happy

Great Experience! I do not live in Salisbury anymore but travel through the area for work sometimes. When I did live in the area I used Dover Pools to buy a pool and my spa supplies. They were always pleasant and had a good selection.Today I happened to be in the area with a spa pump that was leaking. I tried taking it to the Sundance dealer in Edgewater and they were not pleasant. I also contacted a Spa repair dealer that Ive used before in Cape St Claire and they did not return my calls or emails. Guess they were too busy for repeat customers.I decided to see if Dover Pools could help and the guy could not have been any nicer and accommodating. He took apart my pump and put a new seal in it. It was not the seal for that pump but it looked like it would work so I told him to install it. He only charged $13 for the seal and not for service. I wouldnt have complained if they did put a service charge on it.Much to my surprise I got it home and the repair worked. Thank you for your help and service! It was much appreciated. Ill use them when Im in the area for supplies.

ALWAYS THE BEST OPERATION

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My wife and I came in on Saturday and it was EXTREMELY busy we waited in line to get our water tested for about ten minutes there was a young girl doing the water tests all by her lonesome but kept assuring everyone she was going as fast as she could and that she appreciated everyone’s patience at such a chaotic time. When it was our time we had so many questions but were afraid to ask because of the line behind us but she was so friendly and approachable she said don’t worry about the ones behind you I wanna make sure you get all your questions answered she took her time and explained every little detail on this sheet that had step by step instructions. she even took time out to hand pick everything we needed off the shelves even though it was so busy. We believe her name was Cory this was the best service we had ever received at this location. We will always request to deal with miss Cory! Very very high prices and when you get your water tested for free theyll try to sell you over 50 bucks in chemicals you dont need. Good pricing on pool filters though.
