As for dedication and professionalism did be hard to find another pharmaceutical company that would take care of their clients the way Thieves personnel take care of us. They are so professional yet friendly as neighbors would be. But educated and very interested in promoting our health and protecting us. A pleasure to speak to everyone

First let me say Scott, the pharmacist is awesome. Other than Scott, there needs to be training in customer service. The rudeness is uncalled for and 9 timed out of 10, they wont answer the phone.

Nice that I can finally get my meds and not feel obligated to pay full price, thanks to good rx and walmart. 1st place I found that can and will accept the coupons I saved 250$ on my monthly meds. Nice

Staff working here are extremely racist. Found myself visiting THIS pharmacy on today due my needing a prescription that my regular pharmacy was put of. I had my regular pharmacy transfer the prescription to THIS pharmacy 2 days ago and recieved a call today saying the prescription was ready for pick up from THIS pharmacy. I arrived strictly to pick to this prescription.... nothing else needed to be purchased. This was my very first time using THIS pharmacy but the protocol was seemingly simple to follow. There were 2 cashiers or Pharm Techs checking out at the registers... one on each side of the pharmacy. I stood in line behind 1 other customer for 25 minutes. Then another customer arrived and stood behind me, making it then 3 people standing in line waiting- patiently for assistance at the pharmacy counter. After about 35 minutes the customer in front of me was called over to one of the registers in order to be assisted. In the middle of that, a man walked right up to the same cashier assisting the customer that was waiting in front of me and was holding a pack of vitamins and handed then to the Pharm Tech. The Pharm Tech stopped helping the lady she was previously helping and began to help the man that had just walked up to the counter with the vitamins. She helped him and checked him out at the register leaving the lady standing at the register and myself waiting,and the line, steadily growing. That took about 5-7 mins. Then the Pharm Tech finished assisting the lady and called for me to come to the counter since I was next to be assisted. I walked up to the counter after waiting about 40 mins to be helped in line patiently. The Pharm Tech asked for my name, as Im giving her my name the same guy customer with the vitamins from before walks up to the counter and stands right beside me and hands the Pharm Tech a pack of vitamins and a receipt. The Pharm Tech then came from around the counter and left with the guy to go over to the vitamin section of the store and was there about 3 mins assisting him there as I stood at the counter. Once the Pharm Tech arrived back to the counter with the guy she asked me, Do you mind if I help him really fast first? I replied, Yes, I do mind, Ive been here waiting patiently for over 40 minutes and he just walked up out of nowhere and youve already taken more time from me will you please continue assisting me and help him after...? The Pharm Tech proceeded to check the guy out anyway against my previous request for her to continue assisting me. Then the guy yells at me while putting his finger in my face, No, I was her first I had to come back they charged me too much. I then let that guy know I had nothing to discuss with him and expressed my concern for being overlooked to the Pharm Tech. Then the guy yelled and told me to you just shut you mouth yes you read it correctly shut *you* mouth. I then told him again there is nothing I will be discussing with you. Then the Pharmacy Manager Michelle steps over and looks me right in my face and says, you just need to be quiet, youre going to be next, youre making a big scene as upset as I was I was nowhere near as loud as the guy telling me to shut my mouth. This entire conversation is loud and other customers in the line hear it clearly. Then the guy has to sign for something as I am standing near the pad for him to sign, instead of him using the other signature pad he came next to me and pushed up beside me moving me out of the way then after his transaction was complete he said, Told you I was first. then the pharmacy Manager Michelle says to me in a whisper, Im so very sorry about all of that he just didnt understand I then stated to her loudly, Do not apologize to me in a whisper when you were loudly trying to humiliate me before and while he was here I do not accept nor wish to hear what you have to say, please get a manager for me to speak with once this is done! She then slams my prescription bottle on the counter and says, you need to go to customer service to request

Tried calling 3 times Tuesday around lunch time, never could get anyone on the phone to ask a question. Maybe everyone was at lunch :(
