Highly recommend! Staff was very knowledgeable, referred me to Pro-Tow service because I needed to have my car sent there for a no start no crank problem. The mechanic did a good job because my car runs much better now with a new starter. I am definitely going to visit here again!

The staff and everyone were really helpful in getting my car back on the road. They even worked with me and let me drop it off at there shop before I even had the part that I THOUGHT was the problem to fix the car. Will deffinitly be coming back in the future.

They have worked on my car since day 1 Ive had it and they have never disappointed me. When they say this is whats wrong THAT IS WHATS WRONG lol. Great people did my exhaust no issues

Returning to Charlotte from Winston Salem, my alternator failed and I was broken down on the side of I-85. The towing company recommended Lemly Automotive to get me fixed up, and I am thrilled that they did. When I arrived, I was told they usually require appointments, but they made an exception in my case. In a little over an hour, Lemly had me fixed up and on the road. I am thankful to the towing company (Kluttz Towing) for recommending such a fine repair shop.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. Do not upsell or do the old air filter scam, will fix your issues in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. Not cheap, but i mistrust a cheap mechanic. You get what you pay for here, and are one of the better car shops in rowan county. Cant recommend enough

Support local shops. This is a very good repair shop. The owner is honest and does his best to do repairs as affordable as he can for his customers. He is the best custom exhaust fabricator around period. Definitely give them a call for your auto needs!

In 2015, I went to Lemlys Automotive to have my engine and transmission swapped out of my 2007 Nissan Sentra. They later informed me that my car would be the last car that they worked on and gave me a date that I could pick it up. I had to work during the shops final hours of operation, so they mentioned that they would hide the key in the car and park it on the lot. Not only did they fail to fix my car, but they refused to answer my calls and Facebook messages. They did not honor their warranty and I lost approximately $5,000 total (including replacement engine, replacement transmission, towing fees, a computer reprogramming fee, and etc). To make matters worse, I later learned that they made extra money from scrapping my old engine and transmission. This was the first time that I trusted someone other than my family to work on my car. I had to have my car towed back to Tennessee in order to get it back running. I picked this place based off of the good reviews that I read, and experienced something totally different.
