Truck was not ready when promised cause the painter did not show up to work. After waiting three weeks, truck still was not right but I got tired of waiting. Clear coat is currently peeling off and only primer is under the liner of the bed...yes found out this past week while making repairs to the bumper that had overspray on.

Do not use this place!!!! I took my Mercedes Benz to be painted and a dent fixed. At first they were nice and professional. The day I dropped it off (at my scheduled time 8:00am) no was there in the front office to receive my keys, to greet me, or anything. Once someone finally came to the front (from the back) I gave them my keys and had to remind them I needed to pay 50% of the payment (as stated as their policy). Long story short, they were unprofessional when it was their fault for not keeping proper records, they were rude and disrespectful when they were wrong at the amount they quoted me (tried to over charge me). The paint job looks nice, but they were not able to paint my vehicle door knobs (4 of them), they broke my gas cap strap, disconnected my passenger airbag and told me that was not their fault. I had to pay money to have it reconnected by Mercedes, broke a part of my front grill and lied that they were going to order a new one. I have not heard from them since January. Save yourself the headache and the some money and DO NOT GO THERE. Trust me!

Bodywork was terrible. Replaced rusted rear hatch and it would not close without slamming. The right side of hatch hit against the body. The glass on the hatch is covered in deep scratches. Replaced rear bumper cover with a dented one and it was not fastened to the vehicle so it came up against the hatch. Did not hook rear wiper hose to nozzle so washer fluid runs down inside of hatch. Destroyed the rear wiper and did not replace it. SUV was painted same color as original. Orange peel and paint runs everywhere. They painted over dirt and added some of their own. Some parts were not even painted. The rear hatch had red paint showing around the edges. When I complained they attempted to buff it out. The shop foreman told me that their painters were hooked on drugs and he never knew what he was going to get. Now I have a faded in and out of grey swirled tiger striped paint job. When I told them I didn’t want to pay anymore for what I got they said say goodbye to your truck we will seize it and sell it.

Stay as far away from this place as you can... They had my truck for 4 months and never finished it.. They are butchers... They dont know what they are doing.. What a joke... Dont waste your time here...

Recieved a estimate from them. Guy explained what exactly they were going to do. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. Greeted me and seemed very customer service oriented.I recieved a call back from there painter who left a voicemail. Asked me to bring the truck back by, to be sure the quote was correct. ( mind you the guy who did my initial estimate has a certificate on the wall by the door for real world estimates)So confused, I go back and tell the lady behind the counter why I was there. She told me they would be right with me. As Im reading the things on the wall a guy walks out of the back walks by me with out a word, starts crawling under and looking at my vehicle.He returns back to the waiting area, No hi, no introduction, and starts telling me what I need fixed. Im like hold on, all I want done is..Im cut off and told what is going to be done to my vehicle and he also made the statement I have something hanging off ( news to me it was the first I have heard of it, and this wasnt my first estimate) His demeanor and tone was all wrong, so I cut him off and told him he needed to work on his customer service skills.This set him off, told me I can get through f#$@ off the property, and instructed me to go home. I said Ill gladly leave, but were i go is of no concern of yours.I called back later and spoke with the receptionist, who said she seen the whole thing, not to take saids but he had been painting 3 cars for 3 hours in 136° heat with a paint brush. Im sure you were not.I replied, well Im not a painter, but if I was I wouldnt use a paint brush on a car, Id use an paint gun or an air brush.. (this set her off ) And she said that I came in with an attitude to start, and the estimate should have been doubled thatI replied with well just know, hes the reason why I will not be doing business with you. Any one taking my money should speak to me better then that... mysteriously the call ended.. i could have lost signal but Im not sure.

This place doesn’t deserve a star they’re rude, unprofessional and have no common courtesy as to update you about your vehicle. After having my car for two weeks or more they called to tell me they had ordered ALL my parts and that they wanted money for the parts. Mind you my insurance was paying for damages so I didn’t have to pay until repairs were done but I was nice enough to give them what they asked with out question just so they could get the job done. Never heard from them until I called about a week later to check on the status of my vehicle from there on out they were rude and nasty with me they were frustrated that they had 25-30 other customers told me they can’t updated every one. Now after having my car for nearly two months it’s still not ready was told on three different occasions my car would be ready but each time they said they needed to order something else after telling me previously they had ALL the parts and wanted money. I will never go to this place again.

Do not take your vehicle to S and W body shop!!!!!!!!!they have had my vehicle for nearly 8 weeks. just keep saying parts on back order with no timeline to be done at all. they were going to help a little with the deductible since I have been in a rental for so long and the insurance time ran out. since then they have decided I will pay the deductible. I wanted to take it somewhere else, but they told me to pay 6400 after they already got 10000 from the insurance company. they are a scam and the slowest shop on delmarva. meanwhile Im without a car until they decide to finally get the work done.

Not even one star. Never wrote a horrible review before, but this is in need of one. My mother went to fix her bumper and they kept her car there for nearly 2 months! And they were soo rude. Shut the phone in her face and also ignored her when she had questions. It would be better to have your car fixed by a circus monkey than by this company.

There where a few things that I would say needs improvement, the biggest is updating the customer on the status of the repairs. Overall I was very pleased with the repair of my vehicle.

I’ve never write a bad review before but this place is horrible, they provide no specific details I went over there to fix my bumper and my door plus the grill underneath my car and they gave me an estimate I was happy with the price so I ask when can I bring my car and how long it’s gonna take the guy had told me 2 or 3 days it took them 9 days and everything that I wanted to be done was not done and they still wanted to charge me the same amount. They unprofessional with a really bad customer service when you call to ask info on your car the lady that to pick up the phone is straight ignorant with no patience. They don’t even deserve one star I will never step my feet in this place again don’t visit this place you’ll regret it. The sales man argue almost about to fight when I refuse to pay some ething that wasn’t worth paying.

I asked for jumper cables and more then willing to come get them and they wanted to act like a jerk.. asking who I was... they didnt have to be ignorent and just tell me they dont lend out stuff for a person in need.
