This store is one of three in Salinas ( Sanborn and Boronda). It is organized, clean, you can walk in an aisle with ease. Staff are kind, helpful, and with give small talk at check out. Good selection, holiday items are always stocked well.

Went to get some balloons for a birthday and waited for the cashier to finish with the people that were there before me. After he did, he acknowledged me and told me hed be with me soon, but rather attend to me when he got a break, he turned his attention to six other people that came after me. Rather than explain their action or call someone to help I was left ignored. I had to leave since I had to go to work.Very unhelpful experience.

I don’t mind the long lines and only a short amount of cashiers, although both associates that helped me were terrible at customer service. Asked one where a certain item was and she pointed at it with an attitude. The cashier that helped me, scanned my item and said not one word to me. I’ve worked retail, so I know they probably hate working there, but at least pretend to have ok customer service.

To begin I cant even stress this enough the store is a complete reck...im very disappointed in how the place is ran the customer service is very poor my experience left my whole day angered the management is outraging! the manager treats the consumers very much like squat I highly recommend something be done the place is indescribable I come here on a daily basis and Im very sad for the customers we are the consumers of our local Dallar tree we should not be receiving this kind of treatment the cashiers are okay...on the other hand the management is extremely poor.

The employees are nice, never had a bad experience. But should be more cashiers. Sometimes they are short staffed.

I like this store, not there a lot of lines and there are things that are used daily, piles of napkins and common things that do not have to be very expensive and have good service to the public.
