A great place to ship at. But they need local number! I just spent 20 minutes on the 1800 number and they couldnt even connect me to the local ship center. They just kept apologizing that my package was delayed. It is literally says it is at the ship center in my town but I have know way to get a hold of them to verify so I can go pick it up. Very frustrating.

You guys hardly ever knock on my apartment door when delivering my package and if you do its knock so quiet you can barely hear it. You also said you attempted to deliver a package to myhouse today and Ive been home all day and no one has shown. I literally dread when I see I have packages being delivered by you guys.

Had a packaged shipped to my business location in Concordia Priority Overnight. Never made it. called the next day after checking tracking and it now shows that I have to go pick up my package. 100 miles driving round trip. And yet a FedEx truck is at my business everyday. WHY??? Why not just deliver the package?? Commitment follow thru is completely gone this day and age. FedEx fails, every time I need something they fail. No customer service, unless you are from a poorly english speaking country and have no authority to actually do something to help the situation.

Needed to speak to someone at this location to confirm a detail about dropping packages off. The robot that you have to get through to speak to a human was not helpful and since my question wasnt on the list of options, I have no way of getting my information. The one star rating reflects the poor service this provides to customers trying to actually call a location without having to navigate an impossible map of programmed responses.

FedEx was supposed to deliver a package to a business on Saturday. Got a notification at 7:45am that they attempted to deliver and no one was there and left a tag. Only some one was there and no tag was left. Tried calling and the lady was no help. Offered no information other than what was on the notification. Told me that the delivery was rescheduled to Tuesday, the next business day. Except Monday is the next business day-she had no explanation for that. I highly doubt that the delivery driver was even at our business. Not impressed with the business or their customer service.

Hey thanks for delivering my oversized package to the wrong address in a snowstorm so the neighbor and I would have to carry it down the block through the snow. I guess this is why you make it impossible to contact a human being at FedEx

The FedEx driver from Salina decided to attempt the delivery to a 9-5 business at 8:39 on Friday and rescheduled to Monday. I called and asked to have the driver return at a reasonable time; He reattempted on Saturday only minutes after 9 oclock (FedEx opens at 9:30): the business had not opened their doors yet. The UPS driver that regularly delivers to us has enough common sense to show up at 10 and if unsuccessful try again on the way back from his route.

First delivery attempt to my residence made on a Thursday afternoon, I left a note saying to please leave package at door. No package was left and status was updated to be delivered the next day. Friday, package was out for delivery and NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. Thanks for wasting my time, I took off of work to wait around at home all day to receive my package to only find out no attempt was made. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Hell yes. Im only slightly inconvenienced by the lunch hour thing, but the staff is incredibly helpful and more than makes up for that.

My Package was to arrive over night by 4:30pm and the FedEx didnt make a attempt to have it shipped because the business had closed. The package was at the sort factory at 10:49am.. Dont EVER use FedEx their service sucks. Im very unhappy.
