Amazing customer service! I went in today and both ladies working were very helpful! I had documents to print. The printer wasn’t working at first, they kept working on it! They both have great attitudes!

The information on the door says the UPS store opens at 9:00am. It is currently 9:15 and still no movement in the store. 5 vehicles have come and gone since I have been here at 9:00

I have been here multiple times throughout the years and more so since the covid19 outbreak. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They answer my questions and did not try to brush me off. And helped me with a better way to send off my package. I appreciate the respect they give to the elderly.

We are a tiny little company but every time we walk in to the UPS Store in Salina we are treated like one of their biggest customers. They are quick to react and take care of us and make us feel special at the same time. They are for sure partners in our business!

Drove 40 minutes to return a package and find out your closed. It says on your online hours your suppose to be open 12:00-5:00. But closed on Mother’s Day. I respect your closed but update your online hours so people don’t drive 80 plus minutes round trip to return a package because McPherson County doesn’t have one.

I needed to ship some unusual personal items that belonged to my deceased son to his children in Virginia. The clerk was very helpful and made several suggestions to insure the items arrived safely. We went on a Sunday and were concerned that the staff may not be knowledgeable, but our concern quickly became satisfaction.

I only ship UPS Store. They are knowledgeable about everything from shipping to printing. Glad we have the store in Salina.

I have had about 8 packages sent using the UPS Store and it has been an amazing experience every time. They always help me quickly and provide me with the supplies and box I need to send items in. All of the packages I have sent were received by my friends and family in great shape. I had a bad experience with FedEx a number of times and was never satisfied with their service. Im glad there is a place like the UPS Store I can trust to handle all packages I have shipped and with peace of mind.

I had an amazing experience here at this store. I do not recall her name, but I came to the store after leaving the FedEx location that was very unhelpful. I was trying to ship a package that would contain dry ice, and FedEx gave no guidance other than youll need a special sticker, special box, etc and that he didnt sell those things. So I headed over to UPS to ask them. I entered the store and the lady was so helpful! She answered all my questions and provided me with nothing short of EXCELLENT customer service. The following day I returned with my items to be shipped and she helped package it all, even making it all fit as I was afraid it wouldnt! I will definitely use them again when shipping items. And a huge shout out to the lady that assisted me...you were wonderful!!

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any store ever. The lady at the front desk (her name was shaelly) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Had the WORST attitude while I was trying to send a package. Not sure how you train your employees but it needs to be corrected. Will not return to this location or recommend to anyone in the future. Please do better.

If you want to ship from a business, you wont get any help here. They simply refuse to ship anything we take in from our auction service. We have been nothing but nice and left quietly when they have repeatedly denied us the opportunity to ship several items with them. No other UPS stores refuse our items as we have had great success in Kansas City. They are too busy, too crowded in the back or simply disinterested in helping. Unfortunately, they are a do nothing store rather than a do everything store. Go to the UPS facility as they are much more helpful.

When I went to get something shipped, the store manager at the front counter being rude to an old man who did not know the process for seeing how much a shipment would cost. She was rude as well when I inquired about a box for my shipment. She stated, we have over 75 different sizes of boxes. Do you have any idea of the dimensions? I was holding the item I needed shipped in my hands. I then proceeded to get what I needed and they were busy with a line and wanted to wait before placing my item in a box. I needed to see it get into the box as it was an expensive item and worth some money. They made me wait. Then while I waited the manager brought the box out to me and said I could attempt to get it folded so I didnt have to wait. There were no directions on the folding box so I waited. It was the rudeness of the manager that baffled me. We dont work there so we dont know the process. A simple smile and explanation truly goes a long way. I nearly walked out and left but figured Id wait it through just to see if she ever lightened up. As a district manager myself, I would be disappointed to see one of my leaders treating customers so callously. The poor old man working with her was just following her lead and couldnt help that he didnt have the tools to offer better customer service. If you are annoyed at people, dont work in customer service. We are going to have questions and shouldnt be getting rude treatment just for a simple question on how your product works.

I was given the label on email, and took the item to the UPS store who even packaged it up for me. LOVED that. The gal was fine. She handled things quickly and efficiently. Ive never had a negative experience with this store.

UPS does a great job. I often print out Amazon return labels, slap on a package and either hunt down a UPS truck or drop off at the UPS Store. Both do a good job.

Brian runs his UPS store with great care and eye to detail. He certainly gives his clients what they pay for. My husband and I will continue doing business with him as long as we can. The only thing that would change our loyalty is having all of our kids move back home....or death. :)

Service is usually pretty good at this location, it gets busy during the holidays and they do a fair job handling the people of Salina.

The staff at the UPS store were very helpful, and offer you all the oppusions available for your package. Both in price, time for it to get there, and the ability to tract your package. Very pleased with their service.

I do business with our local UPS store on South Ohio here in Salina, Ks because they provide very good service and an excellent price for color and black and white copies of materials which saves me time and money by not having to print them out from my printer. I have them fax when I still need something faxed and of course for sending mail that I need a tracking number for and for sending regular mail items. They also carry a good array of envelopes and mail supplies. They are always courteous and best of all they are open until 7 pm Monday thru Friday.

A company sent me a parcel in error via UPS. They said not to open it and return it to UPS. My mistake was to take it to the UPS Store.The UPS Store had two clerks. The first clerk said he would not accept the parcel. I told him it didnt belong to me. He said If you dont take it, I will throw it away!I was taken aback by his abrupt rudeness.The other clerk, who was courteous, explained that UPS would not allow them to accept returns as they are retail. She said I could take it to the main UPS facility.As I respect other peoples property, I took the parcel to the main facility 5 miles away. The UPS clerk at the main facility was courteous and competent and took the parcel.Lessons learned: 1) Use the main UPS facility, not the UPS Store 2) The UPS Store will throw peoples parcels away.

I appreciate the fact that the drivers are aware that we have a pup and they take special care to watch for him! Plus they know where to secure the boxes if we arent home and always leave a message if they have to put the package in one of the sheds!

I used UPS Store for two years and no problems. The last time was around Christmas holiday and I was sending out some gifts. When the girl at the counter put in my info she got it wrong and had to delete it and start over. When I asked for a receipt of the transaction she told me that she couldnt give me a receipt. I then asked who was in charge which she replied it was her. I then asked if she was the manager. She said no and that the manager wasnt there and wouldnt be coming in. I asked if there was anyone in the store that could print my receipt. She said no and was being rather rude at this point. I asked for her to call the manager because I was not leaving without a receipt. She called the manager and after talking to him I could see where she got her manners and professionalism from. Avoid this store and use USPS.

Do ALL printing through the online website!!Called about a quote on 80 presentations 7 pages color front and back. First quoted me $7 per booklet then called back and told me it would be $11 ( Tiffany tried telling me that I asked for a black & white quote when I have never done black and white marketing for my company) . Ending up paying $8 BUT made the mistake of taking their advice and emailing the projet to them directly not placing the order through the website.Quoted on the website for curiosity and turns out I could have gotten the project for $6.52 per booklet costing my company $118.Presentation turned out great and got them all the same day I ordered. Will go through UPS again just not this store.

This store can fax for me and has Notary services. Both have been extremely helpful at a reasonable price.

Very unfriendly help. Not the type of personality I would hire to deal with the public. Once sent a package, the girl gave me no options of carrier. When I sent an email to complain the same girl got the email and called and offered me a much cheaper option. Never once did she qualify my needs until after I complained.

I have only ever had prompt, great experiences at this store. If I ever need to ship anything out this is where I go.

Terrible customer service. My local UPS store is always helpful when shipping my Amazon returns, so I was shocked that the woman behind the counter refused to let me use FOUR STRIPS of tape to close boxes. She was adamant that buying a whole roll was the only option.
