I come here often for work and home. They always have what I need & they are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the best customer care in Salina.

I called ahead to see if they had want I needed and they did. I asked them to have it at the checkout counter as I would be there in a few minutes. They had there and I was in and out quickly.

Well its been awhile since I have been in this store, I have one of those label makers, Ive had it for maybe going on ten years, I never really used it that much, but when I bought it I got an extra thing of blank label cartridge just in case I run out, well I ran out of both of them, now I didnt get it at office Max, but I do know they sell the cartridges, so I went down there and asked for the replacement one and they bring me up this double pack, supposed to save u money and time, he checks on the price, omg wow 44.00 bucks just for the two, I could not believe what I was hearing, I didnt pay that much for the label maker and extra cartridge

Once again the Salina Office Max saved the day for me. I had spent MANY hours on the phone for a number of days with HP trying to get a new HP Laptop to print on one of my 2 HP printers. The techs at HP would take over my computer and finally give up with some kind of flimsy reason that a fix couldnt be found (The computer was less than 3 months old and one of the Printers was less than 1 month old). The HP printer techs would say something was wrong with the computer and the HP Compter techs would say I needed to go to the HP printer techs because it was not something they could fix.I loaded up both the printer and the Laptop and went to OfficeMax in Salina and in less than 30 minutes Jayce had it working and gave me the advice on how to get the older printer to work as well. This was not the first time they have come thru so effectively, but an example of the sincere service I treasure in getting each time I take a problem to them.
