Jared did a wonderful job answering all the questions (and we had a lot) concerning mattresses & adjustable beds. He was patient and made sure to focus on all 3 sets of customers who were shopping in the store that day. When we began shopping for a mattress, The Mattress Hub was the 1st place we stopped. I remember how well he helped another member of my family with their purchase last fall, and I knew the customer service I would receive would be a 10. Cant wait for the new mattress to arrive!

Great customer service! Jared was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Lately the customer experience when shopping or doing business around town has been a let down and is obviously not the top priority everywhere you go. This was definitely not the case with The Mattress Hub and it was a breath of fresh air being greeted with a smile and getting the great service from Jared.

Good service by Grant yesterday, And Steve today. Sad my mattress is not in stock in McPherson. There was just one in Wichita and might have been picked up 9n Monday, except it is already reserved for a customer. Delivery on Tuesday March 23 between 12-3pm would have been perfect. I will await word from the Salina store when my mattress is available for delivery from the McPherson warehouse. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good selection. Answered my questions.

BEST DECISION EVER! We stopped at the Mattress Hub to look for a guest room mattress but while looking around the store, I laid on a Tempur Pedic and fell in love with the mattress. My husband and I are now sleeping blissfully on our new Tempur Pedic and our former mattress is in the guest room. Jared, the store manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Our new set was delivered sooner than expected. delivery men were great and even set up our old set in the guest room. Our entire experience was a pleasure. They were fairly knowledgeable about mattresses and quick service. I did feel a bit pressured. In the end I purchased a mattress and box springs which are comfortable. The negative is that I was told on the date of purchase - earlier March that my first payment should be due in April. That was not the case. The autopay came out earlier than I expected and I was not prepared for. That made me a bit upset but all in all its been ok.

From the time we walked in the door and were greeted by Jared White, it has been a smooth transaction. Jared was knowledgeable and everything he told us he would do, he did. Steve and Gage delivered in the time frame they had said they would. They did their job quickly and were patient while we vacuumed under the bed. Very nice young men you have working for you.

Purchasing a mattress here was quick and easy. The sales person does not try to pressure you into more expensive beds. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Delivery was right on time within a 2 hour window with a phone call from the delivery drivers thirty minutes prior. They quickly and respectfully set up the bed. This was a stress free and enjoyable purchase experience all around.

I had been sleeping on a inflatable mattress for days since I had just moved to Salina and with COVID19 it made finding a suitable mattress difficult. Very nice 👍 but when purchasing there 100 night trial period be careful it doesnt mean all unless you read it carefully it wont let you exchange a queen size bed for a king when I understood I could get the amount of what I spent towards anything in the store!!!

Wife and I walked in and was immediately met by Zach. I told him upfront what my problem was (bad back) and how much I wanted to spend. He showed me what he had in my range. Talked to him about the differences in mattresses, how they are made and whats better for side sleepers and back sleepers. He is very knowledgeable. We had a mattress problem after about 6 years. Went in to mattress to check on the warranty. Zach Cox met us at the door, we told him of the problem and he was more than helpful with our problem and resolved the the problem very quickly and professionally.
