Went to buy a washer and Laura was a big help, informed me that the washer that i decided to buy was on sale, love the friendly employees at the Appliance Center.

Since buying our house almost 9 years ago we have replaced all the appliances and have bought them all from the appliance center. Their customer service is great from the salespeople, delivery guys to the repairman. Its always been hard for us to get someone to deliver out here 52 miles from Salina especially for a reasonable price. When my washer that I bought from them went out 7 years later they sent out their repairman my machine was shot. He told me that brand isnt lasting much more than 5 year and recommended that I buy a brand thats made in America. I took his advice and am very glad I did. I tell everyone I know if they want a new appliance from someone who stands behind their products call the appliance center.

We used The Appliance Center based on recommendations and are really happy with their great communication to make scheduling meet our schedules (Kathy) and excellent service (Kevin).

So the other morning I was filling up my morning ice water to an avalanche of ice in my fridge. All due to the bottom of my fridges ice container busting out. Searched a few places around town but the Appliance Center was the cheapest and could get it faster than anywhere else. Thanks for the great fast service!!

Weve used The Appliance Center for years & will continue to do so. All of their personnel are tops. It is a family owned business that takes a personal interest in customer needs from purchase to delivery & beyond. Their shop repairman is an A+ guy. He has told us all kinds of things, from how to recognize & unplug a refrigerator condensation hose to how to change out parts in a dishwasher. He REALLY knows his stuff.

Myself and my father have purchased several washer/dryer sets over the years, as well as a couch here or there. They are always good on delivery and times. They usually have a 90 day same as cash plan with approved credit. Will continue to go back to them if I need anything. They do a great job and have been doing it for years.

Nice little showroom with good product, but for me it was the service and the helpful, knowledgeable staff. Have a New Zealand washer and dryer with a part that went out. I was so sure I could only find the replacement online, but wife convinced me to just check locally. They had it! And had helpful hints for its installation (I went DIY). And the price was right compared to online. Thanks!

This place sells appliances....washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc. Like anything else, just shop around for the best price. Ive gotten a refrigerator and washer from here...competative prices. They also do repair work.

These guys sent a service tech out to fix my fridge the same day that I called. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only appliance repair company that I will ever use!
