I have been calling this company weekly since late November about ordering a window replacement for a broken window. Got the quote right away for new window, but cant get anyone to answer the phone to take my deposit to get the window ordered! Mailbox is continuously full, so I am unable to leave a message. Emails go unanswered. Very frustrated with the lack of communication. Sure would like a new window before the summer heat sets in.

Cant get a response to my phone calls or emails even after being reassured I would receive a refund of my deposit. I just happened to see him on a job one day. Maybe its time to start showing up at job sites.

They were able to get me into their schedule and redo a window that I installed temporary. They took what I had and made it professional. Will go with them again in future! Very reasonable pricing
