My experiences with this Overhead Door company have not been good. In August I talked to Mark about the weather stripping I needed. He told me he had some on order and would call me when it came in. I did not hear from him so in October I started calling about it. I called and left several messages for him to call me back and he never did. Finally I did get a hold of him and he said he didnt know if or when he would get any weather stripping because everyone was having trouble getting stuff from China. I was able to purchase the weather stripping at another Overhead Door Company in Kansas City. I called 6 times leaving messages asking someone to call me about putting the weather stripping on. Again I got no return calls. This past weekend my garage door quit working. I talked to Mark on Monday and he said someone would come out on Tuesday. i told him I didnt get home until 3 and he said someone would come out after that. I got a call at 10 am that someone was at my house. I told them I did not get home till 3. He said Mark never told him that. No one came over on Tuesday nor on Wednesday. They definitely are not dependable.

These guys were friendly and had the parts I needed to repair our garage door ourselves. They told exactly how to fix our broken door. I recommend them on the principle of professionalism and knowledge. Thanks fellas!!

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and the gentleman they sent out was quick and did an excellent job. The gentleman I spoke to to pay my bill was also very friendly. I’m very satisfied and plan to call again for any other needs in the future.

Highly recommend these guys. Theyve replaced the opening unit on both our garages. They showed up right on time performed service quickly and explained everything to us. Super friendly and did an awesome job.
