The quality of the employees has declined drastically in the last six months. This store used to be high energy and very helpful with all beauty products. Recently I have found the store to be highly disorganized and lacks stock. The employees do not actively seek to help customers. Used to be a fabulous place to shop when Liz was there however, it is dreary and the pace is like molasses. It used to be such a fun and engaging experience to shop at Ulta I was thrilled to do it rather than the department store. That is no longer the case. Sad.

Expensive, but a large selection of items I cannot get at other stores.

Gives us access to all the pretty things we need or just desire.. sometimes price is a lil high, but coupons are always available. The staff is quick to help and always friendly.

I use to love shopping here. However, I Recently went back and the second I walked into the store I immediately felt uncomfortable with how a member treated my presence being in the store. Definitely will not be returning for a while. Would rather take a trip out of town to another make up store such as sephora.

This place is amazing. I had no idea what I was doing and they made me feel like I wasnt an idiot. I cant remember the girl who helped me but she was very nice. I would highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs

We were welcomed into the store nicely before we started shopping. The store is rarely large you can get your hair and makeup done on the spot. For me its the small spacing that you have when moving through the store thats a bit inconvenient and then its seeing and being able to identify the labeling of products so you can clearly have a visual of the name of the product. Guidance is key and its always helpful when you can have all employees engage with customers as they walk around no matter what. Good selection of products, might be a bit pricey but its got a variety of items. Although its more for women would be nice if they have clippers available for Male hair clippers and edgers which can be used for both genders in many cases.

Excellent products but would have appreciated being told how to use. Girl acted like I was more of a bother than a paying customer. Oh well....always you tube

I love ulta, I came here to find skin products, and something to help my mothers, and my, extremely thin brows look more natural and beautiful. We succeeded of course. Its Ulta! If you are a true beauty product lover, for skin, hair, and most of all, MAKEUP, than this store will be like heaven for you. Unlike Sephora, they do have more affordable brands for those of us on a budget, as well as the higher end brands for when someone loves us enough to get us a gift card and we can splurge. I love you ulta 😍😍😍😍😍

This was my second visit, and like the first time, I had excellent, swift service. No hard pressure to buy anything I didnt need, but the knowledge and assured sense that if I did need more assistance it was there. I will be returning.

AMAZING! Everyone was super helpful and D did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She sculpted them and filled them amazingly! She was sweet and talked through every step. Loved it!

I had a great experience with Destiny! She helped me try on a couple different under eye creams and concealers. Her pick was the best choice, but I loved that she offered to keep showing me different one! I will be back!

Ok make up selection. I just try to avoid this place because all but maybe two girls arent snooty. Every time Ive been in there the girls usually working just arent very friendly. Management, you need to teach your girls hospitality and a smile go a long way.

The store is clean, beautiful, very organized and I love everything about Ulta. There’s just one thing I didn’t like when I came today, is this lady called Elizabeth, she is rude, doesn’t smile and seem like she don’t care about customer, is no good for me to go to a store which I love and I get excited every time I go and to find someone so rude like her, it would change your day completely. Another thing, they looked at me weird and make me feel uncomfortable, I don’t know if it was because i wasn’t wearing makeup idk. Ulta, i think you should talk with your employees about being kind and smile to customer.

The merchandise selction is great. Decided to try the make up and hair bar. I really looked like I was going to be in a stage show for my make up. I left and immediately wiped my make up off. My hair was cute, but I told the stylist to use firm hairspray because my hair wont hold a curl. Shr didnt and as soon as the wind hit my hair, it was gone. Waste of money there.

Walked in and 6 associates were standing together at the door talking together and not even one of them greeted us or even acknowledged our presence! They just continued talking the entire time we shopped! Very unprofessional...

I was very disappointed with this store. I just moved from Dothan Alabama and we had the most amazing staff ever. I drove an hr to the Salina store for my products and decided to get a bang trim as well. I left paying $13 to have 1/4 inch trimmed off my bangs and looking like a 4 year old. Worse ever. Also, was saddened to see so many employees with poorly applied makeup. I understand you have to look the part but some of the ladies looked like they have never even had a makeup lesson. Will not be going back. Very disappointed. I can supply a horrid picture if you want (of the bangs).

Crazy high prices on cologne. while i was in the store, i looked up the cologne i wanted on fragranceNet dotcom and the exact same Versace Man cologne there was $37.16 w free shipping and no tax and Ulta was $82 plus 8.25% tax for a total of $88.72. i dont know how Brick and Mortar stores even stay in business anymore.

Prestige Manager Elizabeth was so rude and unprofessional! Every time I visit the Salina store I’m disappointed.

We have been to ulta from the east to california. And sometimes we come in in work clothes with cow and pig poop on them and sometimes dressed up in our city clothes. Its funny how differently we get treated but this one was the worst. About three words were said to us and a very small selection. The employees didnt seem to be very knowledgeable. But as my wife loves ulta we just ordered online anyways.
