Called in and asked if they could fix my IPad, not only did they have it in stock it hardly took them a hour! Super professional and VERY quick!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t often leave reviews, this situation was just too terrible not to share. About a week ago, my screen cracked, my husband and I live an hour from Salina and adi was the closest place that claimed they fix phone screens. I broke my screen on a Friday so we waited the weekend and my husband called on Monday to make sure they had the correct screen and see how much it would be. He drove an hour but when arrived he was told they made a mistake and wouldn’t have the correct screen until Friday. He was pretty upset and asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t available and was later told if we came back on Friday, they would knock 20 dollars off to make up for gas money. When we arrived on Friday and finally talked to the manager she was condescending and rude. When I came back to get my phone the touch screen didn’t work. They tried replacing my screen THREE TIMES just to put the old one on and cover the cracks with tape! She said all the screens were defective and if we wanted they would order some more and only charge us 80. We ended up driving to CPR in Wichita. Had my phone fixed in 30 minutes and had amazing customer service! DO NOT GO TO ADI! BEWARE.

I got my samsung Galaxy s7 edge screen replaced here. For the cost honestly it is reasonable. It was right around 310 with tax. Im aware the edge isnt so cheap to fix and it was better than paying for a new phone. I would have given this 5 stars but about a week after i got my phone fixed I realized my head phone jack was missing. They forgot to put it back in. I sent them an email to let them know this issue. The next morning I immediately got a response and was told they would contact me when the part is in. Fixed free of charge later that week. This was highly in convenient but Im glad they fixed it and solved there mistake. My boyfriend and I share a vehicle so its hard to get around when he has the car at work. Luckily a coworker was able to take me when they said it was done. I understand mistakes happen, but I feel like everything should be checked over. I think its great they have quick service. I would recommend them and would use them again. Every person has there own experience.

My families second Iphone that needed a battery replaced that we have taken to ADI for repair. Both times have been great experiences. Battery replaced in less than 1 hour and phone works great. Thank you!

Straight truth. They only warranty items for 30 days. They were friendly and courteous but they should stand by their product longer. Its almost as if y dont have enough confidence in their product.

Had a new screen installed on an I pad mini, there was a few hiccups as the LCD chip had been damaged by the broken screen, after it was installed the new screen was defective and I was upset, they were understanding and installed a new screen at no charge. I am greatful and recommend the service.

Took 2 hours out if my day to have a new charging port installed. Arrived to have it cleaned instead of replaced, now the phone still won’t charge. They don’t follow instructions and waste your time.

These guys have fixed every phone in my family... 5 kids... you do the math, lol. Always fast, courteous and professional.
