I have purchased 2 things from Pools Plus in Salina. first a hose and then a Pool Vacuum. The hose was already leaking when I attached it and the Pool vacuum last 30 minutes before it broke. I was told since the items had been used that they could not return or exchange them. I dont agree with the policy and sure dont trust a company that doesnt back the products they sale. Since I paid almost double for these products to keep things local was really disappointing. my recommendation would be to go online or the big box stores for your pool supplies in Salina.

Small Town store type feel they have a great selection of products and the staff is super friendly. If they dont have what you need they can order it and we have been happy with the service. I recommend this to any pool owner. Also carries spas and any virgin you can think of.

Holy cow, don’t call these crooks if you live out of town. Will never do any business with them again!

Friendly staff very helpful - Their chlorine tablets are pricier than Walmart, but they are SO MUCH BETTER. We could never keep our pool clean until we started using them. The tablets last way longer and actually work. So worth the money!

You get Free shipping, no sales tax, same warranty.Came with an Ozonator, LED lighting, 3hp dual speed pump, 45 Jets, 4 Cup Holders, Insulated Locking Cover, Waterfall, 4kw heater 240v. bla bla bla. Spa delivered 9 days after ordering. Works and looks great $3049 was total cost out of pocket

This place is just easy to work with. They are a bit more expensive but you get great service, full details about your pool water, and how to keep the water clear/clean and ready to swim in. So if you value your pool water and you dont want to have and pool-less day make Pools Plus your first stop. And due to visitors taking advantage of their great services and getting their water analyzed but going elsewhere to buy the products need to keep their pool ready for swimming now every cutomer pays a $2 service charge to test their water.
