Ordered a green egg part. Tried to charge $60 for shipping a 10# part. If they would have told me the shipping price when ordering I would have gone elsewhere. Completely ridiculous

Great place. My family has been going here for many to get our pool and spa needs. The water testing is a wonderful tool they have, anytime my pool water starts to turn green or the chemicals get out of balance...I take them a water sample and within a day its back to being crystal clear.The only sad thing about the sampling is they now charge for it(only $2), it used to be free. While I understand people come in there, have water tested, and never by anything. It kinda sucks for a long term loyal customer who usually spending a few hundred dollars with them every summer buying chemicals from the test.That being said, it such a small inconvience that they still earn 5 stars in my books.
