They are closed. No longer there
I live in Dallas and have done all of my Harley Sales & Service with these folks for 20 years. Ive been all over the country on our bikes and have never been treated better by any other dealer. Honest, fair and accommodating. This is how you earn my business!
This place caused hundreds of dollars of damage to my bike. They had my rear wheel alignment set off and dropped my wheel bearing spacer and didnt put it back. In doing so it shredded my sprocket my chain my wheel bearings fell out going down the road I almost dumped my bike. This place could have killed me. Needless to say i would never take anything to these people.
Me and a buddy were heading to Colorado Springs from NW Arkansas and I noticed my belt was flapping bad on my Victory Gunner. We stopped in at the Kawasaki place and they turned us away. That guy pointed us here. We talked to the service guy about the belt, he said to pull it around and hed fix it up. Didnt take him 10 minutes and we were ready to roll! Thanks a lot guys!
Super Dealership! This was my first visit to this business. It was recommended by a close friend. They were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make us feel at home and appreciated. The minute we walked in we were greeted by James, who let us know they were ready for us.We were offered refreshments and encouraged to make our self comfortable and if we needed anything to let them know.I was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization. The inventory of motorcycles was impressive.Jason, the GM has worked there 24 yrs, was knowledgeable and made it a fun time, sharing his personal experiences and family.Stacy, was in the clothing and add a womens touch to assist with any of the full line of HD GEAR. She was cheerful, helpful and. .Easy to Look At. 🤓I remember two other members of their staff, Dillon in parts and the Tim, the owner. These are some very nice professional people who care and they know their business. The service was Great and the experience was Excellent. These folks know how to run a business.
As far as being a Harley Davidson dealer they seem fine enough, but as far as being a Honda dealer they are disappointing. There is a very small amount of inventory in the store and an even smaller amount of enthusiasm for selling it. There is also no representation of honda on their website. When I went out to the store to see the new cb650r in person the salesman said we dont have it but we can order it for you. Nope dont order me a bike I cant sit on and see in person.I realize that in BFE Kansas that Harley is king but Honda is the best selling motorcycle in the world. Oh well.
Stopped for parts.. naturally no one stocks parts for antique motorcycles. But a beautiful location
No parts available. No Honda service.
Good to see Jimmy and the others again. Had my parts, service director was very helpful with my questions. Good experience!
They had what I wanted so cool
The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I bought some gifts here and due to some personal issues with the person I bought the items for, I had to return everything the next day. The manager was so sweet and understanding and I was able to return everything with no problem.
Excellent review Jason is excellent to work with. Went the extra mile and James in the service area is good to work with also. I think this is about the sixth bike Ive bought from them.
Friendly service that answer all my questions. If they didnt know they were quick to find out.
James & Company at the Service Desk saved my Trip!During an inaugural trip from Arkansas to Colorado my brand-new 2017 Africa Twin blew a fuse that disabled the DCT transmission, blinkers, and display. I replaced the blown fuse with the spare and headed over to the closest dealership.I knew that they were busy (had tried to schedule the first oil change there) but when I showed up unannounced and explained my situation they worked me in their schedule so that I could be on my way.The issue still persists as it is hard to replicate but instead of simply clearing the codes and sending me on my way, they took the time to do all the possible troubleshooting given the situation: Reseated all the fuses, took the battery out (not an easy think on this bike) and checked that the terminals were tight, and did an overall visual inspection on the wiring for something that might stand out. They also advised me that, if it happened again and there were no dealerships available (I was heading to the Colorado mountains), replacing the fuse should be enough and that after 2 or 3 on/off cycles any engine lights should go off on their own in the absence of a continuous issue (which they had not found in the computer codes). They were spot on as the same fuse blew twice again and both times the engine light went off as they said it would. The shop area and dealership in general are very nice. Clean, organized and with a good lay-out. They had a brand of cell phone/gps holders (other than the ubiquitous RAM mounts) I had never heard of and the salesperson was happy to show it even though I warned him I had no intention of purchasing. The shop personnel demonstrated the same customer-oriented and friendly demeanor. I dont know how much I delayed their schedule that day with my issue. I got no hint of exasperation or of being rushed and I am extremely grateful as I was able to get back on the road and get to my destination without too much delay.Id definitely be using them on a regular basis if they were near me and, having lived and traveled all over the world and the US, can emphatically state that they are above average in competence and customer service. They are the main reason I had the humour to make a joke picture from the second fuse blowout!
The salesman that sold us the trike was great but the lady in sales was less that pleasant
They are always helpful and polite!
Went in to purchase a new or used trike, however, standing around for thirty minutes, not busy, and three people working NOBODY would wait on me. If this is your version of holding up the Harley tradition of customer relations, pack up and shut your doors. Extremely disappointing! I wont ever return and likely not interested in dealing with Harley- Davidson.
Great people!Great service!Convenient location!Amazing staff!

Arrived at dealership on Saturday Oct. 12th 2019 at 4:01 only to discover hours have changed to 4 PM closing time. Please update your website. Im wrapping up a 10 day trip to upstate new york from colorado springs and back and my exhaust split in 2. James the service manager really help me out with a great idea to secure the situation with some exhaust heat wrap instead of continuing to hobo weld some soda cans together along with some hvac metal tape. Nice little store, clean and friendly. Killer work james!

Great place to stop
Did not like the way the people that worked there were so, rude and unconcerned about the customers as they walked around the store.
Fun place to visit.
