My decision to take my Honda motorcycle to Salina Powersports was originally based on the fact that their prices were better than the Salina Honda Shop. Little did I know that I would be walking away with both, competitive pricing and the MOST OUTSTANDING service department I have EVER dealt with in my life!! Terry did EXCELLENT work on diagnosis and repair on my bike. During this process he discovered another issue that my bike was having and did not hesitate to tell me about it. He was able to order the additional part and call me when it was available to install. The work Terry did far exceeded my expectations and I will forever be grateful for the service I received from his department. I did also speak with Josh and Anthony on several occasions and want to acknowledge that I appreciate their kindness and customer service as well! Anyone who owns a bike will understand that shes my baby and Terry made her run like a brand new machine!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND THANK YOU!!! I feel like I have an extended family at Salina Powersports......

Had been looking for a new Honda mower and noticed they sold them, this was last August. We found the same model on line from several places and wanted to keep our business local if possible. They had the same model and asked if they could match the internet price and the salesperson said they could. They fail to tell you they add set/up freight of $25 and and administration fee of $19.80. Didnt notice that until we paid the bill but were happy to keep business local so that was not a make or break deal. Only used it a few times last year and then this spring it started acting up just a bit. The lever to release the self-propelled would not release all of the time and you had to manually pull it back. Called and made an apt, was told it would be a week. Called a week later and no one seemed to know what was going on. I was asked what needed done to it?! I go pick it up that same day as I was instructed only to find the cables and the rest of the mower were sprayed heavily with lubricant. That is not how you solve that problem. Those cables are not meant to have lube shot in them to collect dust. The people were friendly, the parts person especially, and they helped me load it up but the service dept is shaky at best. The service dept seems to be a common issue and someone needs to address this. Thank you

We purchased a riding mower and the engine went out 2weeks after warranty. We took the mower in and they just strung us along for several days. The end result was no help or assistance. We would not do business there again and would caution people about making purchases there. Service- nonexistent

Dont trust them when inquiring on current inventory. Was tod they had a certain lawnmower which of course they didnt. Then he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. I think they got a scam going on trying to get u there so they can sell u a over priced item. Waste of 2 hours.

Great Customer Service! Worth the extra drive for me! I have bought 2 different Green Mountain Grills from them and many accessories. The staff is super helpful and Robert (the owner) even helps me load my pellets when I need to stock up.

Wow, called them to see if they had any used utvs. Guy said no, I knew they were an Artic Cat dealer and mentioned I had found a used AC prowler at a Deere dealer and was wondering how reliable that AC was...we didnt just get disconnected, the joker slammed the phone down on me.... will never set foot in this store again.

Last year during the Kansas State Fair I purchased a Daniel Boone Wi-Fi Green Mountain Grill from the Salina Powersports / Great Plains Motorsports tent. While purchasing, I was assured by these folks that I would love the grill and that it would last me for years. It was by far the most I’d spent on a grill. First of all let me state that I loved the grill and use it more than I’ve ever used a grill before. But I noticed last fall (just a couple of months after the purchase) that my beloved grill was rusting in places. Have to say I was disappointed. I call Green Mountain and they sent me a can of paint, a new hopper lid and a couple of accessories for my trouble. Pretty awesome customer service. But by April it was rusting again. In a conversation with GMG, they stated they were having some issues with paint and asked me to send some pictures. The customer service rep stated that they didn’t want me to have to paint my grill again, they had spoken to the owner at Salina Powersports and they were going to partner to replace my grill. I was really surprised! I asked if it would be possible to exchange my rusting grill for the new Daniel Boone Wi-Fi Prime. The rep explained that it would be up to the ownership of the dealer if they wanted to extend the opportunity to upgrade by paying the difference. When I spoke to the owner, he said no problem and he set everything up with Daryl, the manager at our local South Hutchinson location. I was absolutely overjoyed! When I exchanged the grills, the manager and one of the employees carefully loaded the new grill in my vehicle and were extremely courteous despite the fact that it was probably kind of a pain dealing with all this. This is a fantastic example of a local business partnering with a national company to take care of their mutual customer. Not only that, but Daryl and his staff always treat me like a longtime customer despite the fact that I’ve never purchased anything from them except my grill and some pellets and accessories for it. They are always happy to talk grilling and give this newb tips to make my Green Mountain Grill experiences even better. Awesome local business!

Kept ktm400 for 4+ months to rebuild mikuni carb, Said done, but svc tech said he was told to put old parts back on and give up. Charged 100 for zero results, parts/svc mgr anthony is clueless, no comms with svc dept, many, many lies, would still have bike had I not made 3 trips to pick it up! Crooks!

We just got our sea doo jet ski turbo charger fixed . We took it out to the lake to try it out and the turbo charge would not kick in at all. We spent almost $800 and it still doesnt go any faster than before. I havent contacted them yet so we will see.

If there were a less than 1 star option, Id choose that. My grandfather took his jet ski there almost 2 years ago to be worked on, a few months go by, they call him to tell him its ready and charged him $1,100.00. He takes it to the lake and nothing was working. So he calls them and they tell him to bring it back and theyll fix it for free. They kept the jet ski for a YEAR, he couldnt get ahold of anyone or get anyone to call him back. They finally call him last week to tell him its been tested and its ready. My fiancé goes to pick it up and he notices that the power cord is missing, he asks them about it and they assure him that they did not take it and that they tell all their customers to take it off when they drop off their units yet when my fiancé looks outside at the other jet skis, they all still had theirs. So he brings it to the lake, and they notice that the fire extinguisher was stolen out of it as well and they hadnt even touched his jet ski!!! It was still in the SAME condition it was left in a year ago!! Long story short, my grandfather paid over 1k for nothing, all they did was screw him out of money and steal from him!!!!!If I were you, Id take your units to be worked on elsewhere because this was the WORST experience and its not worth your time, energy, or money.

An extremely uncomfortable experience! Just wanted to buy some pellets for my smoker grill and each time Ive been in there the last few months the tall guy at the front (I think his name is David or Devin) decides to spill a bunch of details about his personal life without being asked. Its very unprofessional. Im not sure what I did to let him think he could share that with me (a complete stranger) but it makes for a very awkward and uneasy experience. My husband and I love to support small businesses but at this point we will buy buying our pellets elsewhere because of my last few trips to salina powersports.
