We bought a used Kawasaki 4010 mule here. Months later we had problems with it losing power and not running properly. Darin and his mechanic Monty worked endlessly trying to figure out the issue. After Monty consulted with Kawasaki they determined it was a wire housing issue. Kawasaki agreed to replace it and also to cover the labor charges to pull the Curtis cab to replace the wire housing. We were excited and very pleased with the service that Kansas Kawasaki provided to us on this issue. Thank you Darin, Monte and Kawasaki for standing by your product.

I havent bought anything but parts and fluids from here, but the staff is friendly and happy to help. There is a salesman there that actually likes to ride which is different than a lot of other motorcycle dealerships. Update: I did end up buying a bike from them and have no regrets.

Since Advanced Motorsports left Salina and there’s no longer a Yamaha dealer in Salina. I have been taking all my Yamaha’s to Kawasaki of Salina! They do great work, have parts on hand, and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend! They have also worked on my Honda as well!

I bought a Honda VTX 1300C. It is the easiest starting bike I have ever ridden! Without using the choke, it cranks 2-3 times and starts. The bike is beautiful and runs great! I am completely satisfied. If I ever trade it in or get a different bike, I will be back.

The guys at this location are amazing! My papa and I are on our way to Sturgis, my bike was having battery problems so we got stuck at a nearby hotel. They offered to come and get my bike on a trailer to take a look at it at their shop. They proceeded to be super fast, everyone was friendly, and it was a great price. I purchased a motorcycle from Kawasaki in the beginning of April. I was told the bike was road ready and after 20 days my breaks on my bike started to stick. I went in to ask if they could rebuild my master cylinder on May 11 which they told me was the problem and that it would be done the next week. I called the next week to find out they had ordered the wrong part and it would be another week until I would get my part rebuilt. I then called back the week of the 20th to check again and was told they ordered the wrong part again. Once again I called this week to find out that they are just now finding out the correct part is supposedly discontinued. I called another motorcycle parts store in town and was told they could order it and would have it this week. I am VERY disappointed with how the situation was handled. I feel that I was definitely taken advantage of especially after waiting almost a month to be able to ride my bike I just bought. I will not return to Kawasaki and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Thanks

Drove up today to look at a cycle. One person said hello when I went in. I looked at bikes for awhile then had to ask if they had any sales people. Was told yes but, they had wandered away somewhere. Stood there for awhile asked if hed like to call someone. Id wait for awhile. He said yes. Never heard him call anyone and no one showed up. Not another word was spoken.
