Cute place. We are here at 8 PM and they seemed well stock. Kinda short staffed and took 10+ minutes for us to be noticed in store but staff was nice

Decent donuts but the biscuits and gravy is where its at here!!! And price is on point!! And the staff is sweet as can be!

A lovely surprise that they have a drive thru, I went about 7am and got a half dozen, the donuts were pretty dry and the chocolate flaked off the whole chocolate bar donut as I ate it. Other donuts were similar. I’ll try it again and see if it was just a bad batch and also I’m intrigued by the biscuits and gravy and want to see what that’s all about.

Omigawd.....my family LOVES Daynight Donuts. They have, hands down, the best donuts in this area. We look forward to the few times a year we are brought to the Salem area because no matter what were here for we always make a point to stop in for a fritter.

Best donuts I have had in Oregon and California. Great price on fresh donuts with a lot of variety. Even late in the day they have a very suitable inventory of donuts.I drive into Salem from Lincoln City once a week to get donuts. Very nice woman behind the counter that is always helpful.

I stop every Wednesday morning (0430) on my way to work to get 100 donut holes and they have always been very nice and professional...I pray that they will get the help needed so they dont have to work non stop 🙏💖

I got a dozen donuts today. I didn’t notice until I was eating it but there was spots of mold on my donut. And a few of the other ones I had gotten as well. I called and they told me it wasn’t mold and they don’t know what to tell me. I never asked for my money back I just wanted them to know they sold me moldy donuts.

The donuts are amazing delicious! The gentleman waiting on us through the drive thru, was very friendly, helpful and fast. The coffee....omgosh 100% better than most other coffee establishments!

For my first time here after driving by it a million times I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of different donuts that they have on the shelves which were well stocked.

They may have the best donuts but make sure you sign your receipt if you pay buy card.They like to print off your receipt and put it under the computer screen and not let you sign it, and they have been known to over charge my card. Get the receipt and sign it.I called DOJ and city hall, they wont do anything unless they have already charged your account, and than its too late to get your money back. Watch your tips on your account.If you have hade a bad experience with this place DOJ says we need to fill out a complaint form and if they get enough they will look into it. Start filling them out.

Normally its great but last time it took a very long time to get our order. Biscuits and gravy was not the same

Hardly any donuts ever and not fresh. The next day they taste like plastic.

Donuts are okay. Pricing good. But the drive thru customer service is frankly rude. She wasnt nice at all. I never care for places that act like doing your job is a burden. And that customers are just annoying when I was perfectly polite and nice.

Delicious German chocolate donuts. The Bavarian cream donut holes were delicious as well and my son and I left happy. :-)

Great donuts.one catch... dont expect these to be like hostess type. They are made fresh and expected to be eaten shortly after purchase.... they wont sit 2 or 3 days w/o turning into rocks. They are made w/o preservatives and mean to be eaten soon afterward. 24/7. Open. I think door Dash delivers tho not 24/7.Decent price for decent quality of donut.Drinks like milk in 1/4 or 1/2 pints, red gater aid, rock star also can be had.

By far the worst milkshake Ive ever had!!! I was unaware of a milkshake being made without any ice cream in it. And Ill say the flavor was anything but strawberry . It tasted more like dull flavored ice water. I will not be recommending my friends and family at all

These guys are awesome. No power and the place is still open, serving customers. Couldnt take our cards but cash is still good. Ordered at the window and had to wait for coffee so I parked and he brought it out even though they were super busy. Thanks daynight. We will be back.

1.31.2021 went to the drive thru this am. She didnt give me the apple fritters I ordered. My gravy is cold and doesnt even cover the biscuits. This place used to be really good shop, idk what happened. Worst experience there in the lifespan of the company.

Good prices and good doughnuts. Personly I think they all taste the same, not too much of a difference in flavors. The frosting just isnt doughnut frosting, thats just my opinion and weve all got one...their biscuits and gravy are pretty good too, and cheap!

They are not very together at this place. Came to grab a donut for my wife and I, and a cold coffee. They where out of apple fritters im not sure how that happens at a donut shop. And they where out of ice so couldnt have a blended or ice coffee. Probably need to work on coffee and donut skills.

They get two stars because I have had some good donuts and made good memories here with my partner. Their Buttermilk bars are a bit dry however.They lose three stars because they claim to be a 24 hours location. If that were true then I would not have been told that their biscuits and gravy is not ready yet when I stopped there at 5:05 AM today.

Went through the drive up window and girl took my card back with her and got my doughnuts which took a couple of minutes. She came back with my doughnuts and card and about 1 hour later I had 4 random fraudulent charges come up on my card and had to cancel it

Called this place they said they were opened and had a good selection. Got there 10 mins later at about 11:50 pm the door was locked so went to the window 20 mins later 2 people just standing there gawking at us before they went back inside .So we left and went to the other one way better.

Very well stocked, but not fresh tasting. Anything less than a dozen is shoved into paper bags. They are often squished, with filling and/or frosting getting onto the other donuts. Concentrate on fewer varieties (Im sure certain flavors dont sell well), so you can keep them fresh and delicious.

Was wonderful to get fresh donuts on Christmas morning, i also got biscuits and gravy with bacon and for being only a little over $4 it was huge portion ❤ adding on 6/17/2020 that the service is still excellent and enjoy the donuts

Went in and it was dead you can hear me come in from the bell. Theres a worker guy that was right by the door where the donuts were and never said hello well be right with you or anything than disappear in the back, so I wait for awhile and still no service so I leave than right when I get into my car to leave someone shows up to the counter to help smh. Other than bad service I do like the donuts at the South Salem store, havent tried this store yet which I dont know if I will now.

I asked the lady when I called if the donuts were fresh she told me yes. I sent my husband over and he asked if they were fresh and they said yes. When I got the donuts they weren’t fresh! Mind you, I am pregnant and craving donuts at 1 in the morning. I know the difference between the fresh donuts and the day old donuts.

Normally it’s very good but this last time the customer service was horrible. The young girl who normally isn’t there had no idea what She was doing. Our biscuits and gravy wand coffee were both cold. Was very disappointed.

The one on Commercial seems to have softer donuts than on Silverton.

For starters I want to say thank you for being 24 hours.Every time I am in there tho, I do feel rushed s even if no one is behind me. I am sure they are constantly making donuts but I just need time to gaze and think what to Get.So rating the donuts... I mean they are donuts. Sometimes the cream filled ones are lacking some cream.The coffee... never again. Worst coffee I have had in a long time.But them biscuits and gravy... yes!!! Ill always do!!! They are amazing!!!!

The donuts are decent. Theyre soft and some taste good. Customer service is almost non-existent. Its a little better on commercial, based on my couple visits there. I dont think well go back for quite a while. Weve had a good experience (friendly, helpful, didnt ignore us) maybe 3 of 15 visits. Enough to realize its not worth my time or money being spent there. Makes me sad. Im a huge supporter of local businesses.
