I had the best experience finding my dress at Newfangled! Alyce made me feel so comfortable and had lots of recommendations for dresses and alterations. I never felt rushed or pressured during my time there. I ended up finding a designer dress for half the price that I really felt was meant for me! In addition to consignment, they also accept donations—so I was able to donate an old formal dress for them to sell and donate the proceeds to a charity of my choosing. We are lucky to have them here in Salem!

Love this place very professional and welcoming staff. My husband and I ordered my bridal bouquet at the last minute only a day before our ceremony, but forgot to order the boutennaire. I called and left a voicemail the day of before they had opened to see if they could make one with such short notice. They text me back within minutes saying they would have both ready! I was beyond impressed with their outstanding customer service!

Love this store! Got my wedding dress for 470 and the price before was 980!! They marked it down for my budget. The women who run this store are amazing and so helpful! My wedding party was stressing me out with so many dresses and they did a good job to keep me calm!

I just stopped in to look for a homecoming dress for my daughter. This being my daughters first year I have been everywhere, but just found out about this treasure. Alyce was such a gem! Ive gotten several dresses here for special events (mostly weddings) and I LOVE it. The selection is great and ever-rotating. The prices are totally fair. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful when picking out sizes, colors, shapes, and more! I know they have alterations available, but Ive been lucky enough that everything has fit me off the rack.Excellent business run by friendly, caring people. I will get all my special event dresses here!

I love Newfangled Bride! My cousin bought her wedding dress there, my sister bought hers there, my friend bought hers at Newfangled and I bought items for my wedding day attire here too (my sleep and veil). Four out of my eight bridesmaids bought their dresses here that looked absolutely stunning on them. The other four bridesmaids live out of town and that is the only reason why they did not go here for their dress. Its not just consignment dresses, they do have dresses you can order which is what one bridesmaid chose to do. Not only were they super helpful with the bridesmaids dresses, Debbie did the flowers for my wedding and they looked positively lovely. There were 9 bouquets, 9 boutonnieres and two altar pieces and all of them were exactly what I was hoping for. All I had to do was send her pictures I found on Pinterest. She did an incredible job and I couldnt be more grateful!

Year after year, this business has provided multiple table centerpieces - at no cost! - for the non-profit West End Centers annual spring fundraiser. These folks are kind, benevolent, giving - and extraordinarily talented!

Newfangled Bride is the ONLY place to go if you are in search of a bridal gown or formal. After not having much luck with some of the other bridal shops in the area, I walked into Newfangled Bride and was warmly welcomed. Within 2 mins of my arrival someone was helping me. The owner and the staff, were helpful, caring, kind, answered any questions that I had, and made me feel beautiful. I walked out with the perfect dress for my upcoming wedding! This is one of the best, if not best consignment stores in the area. The staff there is super friendly and very personable. They will work with you to get the most out of your used formal wear. They also have an outstanding selection of Bridal wear...but I dont need a dress!

Small shop owned by mother and daughter. I went in twice. Once the daughter was there and the 2nd time I got the mom. Both very helpful. It appeared to be some new and some consignments. Also shoes and accessories. Bridal dresses, brides maids and mother of the bride.

Great place to search for a dress! The lady that met us at the door was super nice and allowed me to look around without making me feel pressured to buy. Dresses are in great condition and much better prices.
